This one is spectacular. We couldnt ask for a better start for our holiday. The chef and the manager were so kind! Like a family. The room was very clean and big, the garden is beautiful and they will save you from monkeys when needed. I felt very great in this one. They also prepared a birthday celebration for us! Oh how I love you guys, we can not wait to come back and we will definitely stay longer. This place is also a few kilometers away from Sigiriya, Pidurangala, and Minneriya National Park.

I had a wonderful three-night stay at Jetwing Lake as a foreign tourist. I was a little nervous as to what to expect traveling to Sri Lanka as part of the tourist bio-bubble, given the current COVID- related restrictions. However, my concerns quickly dissipated, and I was so happy with my choice to stay at Jetwing Lake. This was the perfect base from which to explore the sites of the Cultural Triangle. The hotel itself is quite beautiful and well maintained. My Super Deluxe room was very spacious, had a beautiful bathroom (and lovely soaking tub), and a lovely patio/deck overlooking the pool and lake. The room was equipped with all the modern comforts. The food at the hotel was delicious and varied. The Sri Lanka fare did not disappoint, including the chicken curry and potato and leek burger. The cheesecake was also a delightful surprise. What set this hotel apart was the service, though. Everyone went out of their way to see to my every need, from learning my dining preferences to greeting me by name. The hotel staff even organized an afternoon cricket session, just for me. It was an incredible experience. I would absolutely stay here again, and I recommend to anyone interested in staying (whether locals or foreign tourists alike). Such a great experience!

There are two types of English breakfast and Sri Lankan breakfast, which are quite rich, but less than buffet style. The room is very British. The backyard is a meadow, the trees are monkeys, and the environment is very good.

This was the second time I visited Heritance Kandalama and it was better than the last stay especially I would like to mention the Guest Relations Executive Miss. Yoshina for taking care of our family and fulfilling all our needs with all the needed information with her efficient style and making the stay comfortable also big shoutout to the chefs food was beyond amazing and the restaurant staff was very active as well and also the suite was amazing with all the amenities that should be there in a room overall a 10/10 experience and a must visit place in Sri Lanka ♥️

not bad,actually I recommend the normal room instead of the wood room, because in the night the wood room have some animal sound and some strange smell

The hotel rooms are basically two-story wooden detached houses with a very good environment, just like in the forest. The staff is very welcoming, the hotel facilities are great, the pool is beautiful, the buffet breakfast and dinner are plentiful. It's not too far to live here after watching Lion Rock.
