Very good hot spring hotel, first-class service facilities, friendly staff, although the room is a bit old, but clean and comfortable. The Japanese-style room is very beautiful. The one I stayed in had a private open-air bath, which was very beautiful! On the day I stayed there, we were the only Chinese, and the other customers I saw were all Japanese. The hotel staff were very polite and friendly to foreigners! English speaking staff! Although the price is a bit expensive, it's worth it! The location is about an 8-minute drive from JR Aragatsu Onsen Station, and a taxi is not expensive. The hotel has a dedicated bus shuttle, just book it on the official website. There's not much to do around here. The buffet has a rich variety of food and drinks. But we only have 90 minutes to eat, it would be better if we could have 120 minutes. If you do not choose the buffet, you can choose the Kaiseki cuisine. You can drink as much as you want in the room, including Japanese sake, beer and juice. All in all, I would stay here again. 

Above all, the food was amazing. It was a buffet, but everything was delicious and it was crowded. My friends who went with me were also very satisfied.

The room is very big! The view from the 10th floor overlooks the rice fields and distant mountains, which is very healing! The hot springs are also great! The morning and evening buffets are rich and have Japanese characteristics. There are free wines (red and white wine, whiskey, Japanese sake, beer, etc.) for dinner. During afternoon tea time, the lobby bar has hot spring eggs, various drinks and delicious draft beer 🍺. The most commendable thing is the service attitude and service quality of the hotel staff. The whole state is very energetic and enthusiastic 😄 It seems that the boss also personally carries luggage and drives to pick up hotel guests. It is a good travel experience!

It is said that this is the place where a famous gourmet must stay when he comes to Fukui to eat crabs, so I came here because of its reputation, but was very disappointed. It is just a very ordinary traditional Japanese hot spring hotel. It has been renovated, but it is still very ordinary. Nice restaurant with a good selection including wagyu sushi and other more expensive options. The hot spring faces the rice fields but is too big, like a bathhouse, with no character.

The room was spacious and clean. In the lounge, in addition to complimentary snacks and other items, you can make and eat hot springs* on the spot. There were also cute dinosaur ornaments. However, dinner was buffet style...

The staff's service was very good. I had high expectations for the buffet, but perhaps my expectations were too high. Rather than being very satisfied, I felt it was just what I expected. I stayed in a room with a bath, but there were no bath towels in the room, only face towels to use in the bathroom. I think the main purpose of the room is to bathe in the large public bath, but I would have liked a bath towel for the room.

清潔感あり、接客もみなさん明るく丁寧で感じが良かったです。ビュッフェが美味しいとのことで伺いましたが、海鮮の質が良く美味しかったですが、前菜系がもうちょっと食べやすいと嬉しかったです。ソフトドリンクなどが種類があると嬉しかったです。大浴場もキレイでタオルなども持っていかなくてよいのが良かったです。

房間是日式塌塌米，也有洋室的，酒店環境舒適，服務員非常熱心，看你人多拍照馬上來給你們拍集體照，有中文服務是個泰國人。

ビュッフェが有名と聞いて予約しました。思っていた以上に豪華で、ひとつひとつの料理が本当に美味しいし、ビュッフェに出てくるレベルを超えていました。 絶対にまた行きます！

酒店房間很大，設施設備齊全，酒店一樓的cafe 不同時間段都不同的飲品提供。自助的早餐和晚餐都還不錯。
