Spent 3 nights , the first night I was in a standard room and it was lovely , comfy, bath hair dryer tea and coffee facilities. Room was hot ,no air-conditioning but a large fan was in the room. Second night I had a different booking and it was prem plus I think it was called, another lovely room , comfy air conditioning , bath hair dryer coffee machine, iron etc. Staff really nice. Only one negative no lift , thankfully one flight of stairs only. Would def return. Thanks for a lovely stay

I stayed at the Premier Inn in Aylesbury with my husband and had a very positive experience. The day before arriving, I realised I needed to attend a confidential online meeting for work during our stay. I called the Premier Inn and was easily connected to the Aylesbury branch, where I spoke with Upendra. I explained that I needed somewhere private for around an hour so I could attend the meeting away from my husband and without being disturbed. Upendra was incredibly friendly and reassuring. She said she would look into whether there was somewhere suitable for me and let me know that she would also be working the following day when I arrived. It was lovely knowing that I already had a friendly point of contact who was genuinely trying to help. When we arrived, our room was spotless and had everything my husband and I needed for a comfortable stay. Upendra had also managed to find a private space where I could use my laptop and attend my confidential meeting undisturbed. I really appreciated this, as it was certainly not something she had to arrange for me, and I completely understand that on a busier day it might not have been possible. What stood out was Upendra’s willingness to try. She went above and beyond to help, was friendly and accommodating throughout, and expected absolutely nothing in return. Excellent customer service can make such a difference to a stay, and Upendra is a wonderful example of that. Thank you for making our visit to the Premier Inn Aylesbury such a positive one.

The room was lovely, very comfortable and what I would hope for having paid for a premium room. Sadly this was badly let down by discovering that our bathroom bin had not been emptied and someone else's sanitary waste was in the bin. This was disgusting and toally unacceptable. I have complained to Premier Inn and was told I would hear from them in 3-5 days, but after more than a week, I have heard nothing. Very poor.

Bugs in the bed had stains in toilet not been clean before we got there check out 45 mins me and my family had get another hotel disgusted

First of all, Farzana was fantastic. What a lovely girl. She made us so welcome and was so friendly. Turns out we went to the same school and knew the same people! The room was clean and quiet and we always stay here when we come to Aylesbury.

As far as Premier Inns go, this is a good one, mainly because the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Pub next door is ok, nothing special, breakfast is not available here

Good location. Very helpful staff (Farzana), clean and tidy rooms with everything you would expect in good working order.

Nice clean room - good price. Would recommend for the price. Farzana at check in was lovely and very helpful.

Had a pleasant Sunday overnight stay, although there were no air conditioning the rooms were kept reasonably cool by the staff with the addition of fans and windows were allowed open. Free Car parking was available and the local pub/restaurant was amazing. Aylesbury town centre was a short walk away and easy to get to without using the car.

Went to a concert in London, so arrived here late at night and was greeted by a very friendly person reception. Check in went smoothly. Hotel and room were spotlessly clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable

Great room, and location. Honestly Farzana, the lovely lady on reception made my stay! She was friendly, super helpful and kind! What an absolute diamond! 😁

Arived at the reception and was greeted by FARZANA with beautifull smile and good energy and positive outcome from the get go smooth entry ,from entrance to room
