HOANG HA VILLA

This hotel is near Chinatown. When I arrived, it wasn't cleaned up yet, so the owner moved me to a new, newly renovated hotel. The room was spacious and bright, with a balcony, and it was only a few hundred meters from the original hotel. There was also a place on the rooftop to dry clothes. The price-performance ratio was acceptable.

The service and environment were both good. Check-in was convenient, safe, and the environment was fine, but the cleaning was too frequent; they knocked on the door too often, making me feel like I lacked privacy. Couldn't they have been a little more private?

The accommodation was clean and the owner was friendly. Because of the power outage, they recommended another accommodation, but it was actually better and the staff was very accommodating. I was satisfied with everything about the laundry and cleaning.

It's a villa-style building resembling French architecture, but it's a guesthouse, not a hotel, and has a small balcony. There's a Japanese restaurant next door, a KFC in front, and a Korean and Chinese street behind. The facilities are quite basic.

The product was not as described, it was dirty, there was a lot of hair on the bed, the sheets hadn't been changed, and they even told you to pay extra.

The service was excellent, and the place was clean and hygienic.

Fangying Hotel, Room 301, has no refrigerator and no elevator. Please consider this carefully before booking.

The owner, Brother Peng, is very helpful, and the environment is very nice.
