Reviews of Jufa Hotel Bad Aussee

Great environment, good experience

The heating is very strong, so strong that it is a bit hot. The bathroom is small, and there is a heating rack for hanging towels. Basically, if you wash your clothes yourself, they will be dried in one night. There is a large cloakroom. There is no socket on the upper bed, but there are sockets on both sides of the lower bed. If you need to charge your phone, it is best to bring a longer cable. The breakfast is satisfactory, the parking lot is relatively large, and although it looks a bit remote, it is actually not far away from the town center shops. The scenery is very good.

The hotel is very clean and tidy. The hotel staff is friendly and professional. I would especially like to highlight the employees: Petar, Daniel, Bojan and Ivan! Breakfast in the hotel is a classic European buffet, tasty and plentiful! Very good!

For the past seven years, we were very satisfied with the relatively affordable JUFA hotel chain. However, it seems they have recently changed their business policy and no longer prioritize their guests as much. We booked a room for five people, but unfortunately, one person fell ill. Despite this, we were charged the full price for the room and an additional cancellation fee for the missing guest. This is not something we have experienced with other hotels. Be cautious when booking with them—you might consider alternative options that may cost just a few euros more but will pamper you with a fresher interior and a more guest-friendly business approach.

A little out of the way on the edge of town. Nice building, good rooms, good bathrooms. I thought the food very good, and very friendly staff. Nice bar with good german beer and a good wine choice. A good value stay.

The room was less than usual,not that luxury,suitable for 1 night.does not deserve that money !! Breakfast was good, the employees at the reception were nice and helpful. The view from the hotel is really nice !

The personal in the receptionens were not experienced when we checken in, not the best receiving. The same when we checked out, she just told us how stressed she was. The food and room ok for one night.

Me and my brother stayed at the end of June for 2 nights half board. The hotel itself smelt really clean and very fresh. The rooms were clean but much smaller than expected. We asked for two single beds but we received a double room. The food was pretty tasteless and not a very big variety. I did end up going hungry. There is a nice pathway from the garden into Bad Aussee. It is a very steep climb back up though. Our first night staying here at Midnight a coach load of kids turned up having a party in the car park. They were not staying at the hotel but kept us up till 2am. This was a very disturbed night. The staff were not very friendly. It did seem to be an inconvenience to be working for them. The sauna we didn’t bother using as you would have to wait 30 minutes for it to warm up. You still have to pay in your total which was not aware to us until paying in person even if you don’t wish to use it. If you are staying on one of the top floors it can be very difficult taking all your luggage upstairs as there is no lift. The toilets in our bedrooms didn’t flush properly and there was constant trickling sound of water all night. If you would like to play table pool it is 2 Euros a game. There are 2 rooms to eat Breakfast/Dinner. All the guests were shut out of the 2nd room with the big windows with the nice views. We weren’t sure why. Minimal parking as they like to leave the car park for the coaches who come in and out. We probably wouldn’t choose this hotel if we were staying in the area again. Please don’t compare this review to JUFA hotel Grundlsee. I would travel 5 miles just to stay in the hotel if visiting Bad Aussee.

So. We went to Bodrum last year and it was wonderful. Law was great, the food was great, the beds were good for sleeping, the shower went on but you really need it now after 5 days. The toilet flushed every day, even though it was a lot harder and too hot, but the cleaning lady liked it. The cleaning lady cleaned like always. I had to flush tennis every day even though it and the carriage is, sorry, Bibi's type of thing. Yeah, it's fine. I'll be back. Even though the carriage was so crazy to swim. I'm still fed up. My friend Janine Hannelore has a mouthwash, that thing you use to smear your lips and it doesn't go into your head but that wasn't anything. We took off with a nine-seater, and it was great with the parking space. I really have to say, clean, great, parking space for my nine-seater, good food. Everything's perfect.

If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would. This is what the "full bed" looks like, which is made of a board. The photos do not match the rooms at all. I could put the mattress on the floor and it would feel exactly the same.

Very uncomplicated and very nice. Beautifully quiet! Generous breakfast buffet included, evening buffet can also be booked. I was there with my mum, it was very nice that we could split the bed into 2 single beds. By the way: very nice staff!

It was our first time in a Jufa hotel. The hotel and its facilities (top sauna!) were really great! The staff are also very friendly and family-like. Unfortunately, the beds are rather old school, a fixed slatted frame with a spring mattress... we didn't sleep well and woke up with complaints. If that doesn't bother you or if you're not sensitive, you're in good hands here. Otherwise, it's a really great hotel!

It was very cozy and relaxed. The children also felt very comfortable. The pool table was very popular. The evening children's cinema was also popular. We visited the Loser and Tauplitz ski areas, which are 10 to 20 minutes away by car. There was plenty of parking there. I can definitely recommend the Jufa Hotel Bad Aussee for a skiing holiday.

After a 20 km hike, what a pleasure to find yourself in this little haven of peace. Located at the top of a hill (a little too much after the hike... but it was worth it), very simple hotel, but well maintained. Mountain side room, WoW. In the evening absolute tranquility. Possible to have dinner on site in the form of a buffet or to go into town (go down and back up the hill 😊). Cozy rooms, no wasted space. We took care to provide us with a fan since the night promised to be hot. All employees wear an honest and welcoming smile. Buffet breakfast, copious, tasty and very varied. The sunsets on the mountain are divine.
