Zimmer ok, Renovierung wäre jedoch schön. Putzfee reinigte sporadisch. Selbst ist die Frau: Mit Allzwecktüchern und Entkalker konnten wir schnell Wohlfühlatmosphäre schaffen. Empfang war freundlich!!!

Ich konnte leider keine Zimmerreservierung vornehmen, da die Mitarbeiterin am Telefon, vermutlich eine Rezeptionistin, sich sehr unhöflich und gereizt verhalten hat. Entschuldigung, aber ich werde mein Geld woanders ausgeben!!!!

Ich hätte gerne gebucht, da ich vor Jahren schon mal da war und es war OK. Die Nähe zum Kurstift bietet sich bei mir privat an. Da das Online Reservierungs Formular nur Fehler gebracht hatte, habe ich angerufen. Die Dame am Telefon war nicht super verbindlich und wollte dennoch meine Reservierung telefonisch aufnehmen, dann musste sie den Anruf unterbrechen und versprach mich zurückzurufen. Dies ist leider bis jetzt nicht passiert. Also Kundenservice lebt sich anders....
