Staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice: Cosy soft bed, large balcony and really cool bathroom with very modern shower. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There is food for every taste and, very important to me, the coffee is awesome. The location of the hotel is awesome, too: Right next door to the town‘s spa and the Kaiserburgbahn, the gondola that‘ll take you to the summit of Wöllaner Nock, the starting point of various great hiking tours.

Il Ortners Eschenhof è un bellissimo hotel in centro al paese di Bad Kleinkircheim. Fin dall'entrata si assapora l'amore per la natura, nelle piccole e grandi cose che si notano in tutto l'hotel. Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana, due adulti, nostra figlia e il nostro cagnolino Rocky. Come dico sempre chi ama gli animali... ha una marcia in più! In tutto l'hotel sono presenti asciugamani dedicati ai nostri amici a 4 zampe con cui asciugare le zampine bagnate e sporche, un tocco di gentilezza mai visto altrove, tanti complimenti. L'hotel non è solo pet-firendly ma anche eco-friendly, infatti i saponi naturali per la doccia e la vasca da bagno, i pannelli fotovoltaici, ed altri piccoli indizzi fanno di questo hotel un grande esempio di civiltà. Le stanze sono spaziose, con tantissimi spazi per il guardaroba, pavimento a parquet, ampio bagno con vasca e doccia, vano separato per il wc. Noi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di prendere una delle ultime stanze a piano terra con giardino, poco utile in inverno, ma sicuramente spettacolare in estate. Letto per nostra figlia nella stessa stanza.... forse poca privacy, ma una stanza molto confortevole. In stanza, per chi ha l'amico a 4 zampe al seguito, viene fornito un kit di ciotole e tappettino. L'area benessere è organizzata con due piscine, una interna ed una esterna, entrambe riscaldate, un bagno turco, sauna e cabina infrarossi. Per gli amanti dei massaggi, è a disposizione un ampio spazio dove rilassarsi dopo una giornata di fatiche.... non posso dare opinioni perchè non ne ho usufruito. Le piste da sci sono a 50m dall'hotel, raggiungibili con scarponi ai piedi, e in 10 minuti a piedi si è in centro al paese. Per chi non scia, esistono tantissimi percorsi di trekking in mezzo alla splendida Austria, forse sono di parte ma è davvero uno stato incredibile. La pensione 3/4 è una delle mie formule preferite, una ampia colazione, una merenda per chiudere un bucanino con tisane e spuntini, e una bella cena. Le bevande, compresa l'acqua, sono tutte a pagamento, per cui sappiatelo che al mattino troverete lo scontrino da firmare... e la mancia ( in Austria è gradita ). Cosa non mi è piaciuto.... forse l'unica cosa è l'acqua a cena...

Wellness landscape (to say so), which meets all wishes; very beautifully designed pools and saunas, rest areas and also enough space outdoor (was just a wonderful place in green at this weather) The menu selection is very varied and tasteful at the highest level; breakfast option until 12:00 (if you want..) A class for yourself was the dessert buffet (I have liked the hand-made pralinees and the macarones especially) The staff is very friendly and effortful, in the dining room it is pleasantly quiet, although the hotel was well loaded; Mrs Ronacher himself is very present - it makes somehow the combination of everything that we have felt very well
