Rooms with parquet flooring are spacious and clean. There's a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop, as well as a kettle, capsule coffee machine, small table fan, dishes, and glasses. Plenty of electrical outlets and a television are provided. The room also has a small round table with two leather armchairs. The spacious bathroom has a nice, large shower, which would be perfect for a rain shower. A hairdryer is provided in the wardrobe. The bathroom offers ample storage space and two electrical outlets. The room has a balcony with a small table and two chairs. A bottle of wine was provided in the room – thank you for that. It's Spanish wine, even though the Saxon wine region is nearby. The safe is located in the wardrobe... at the very bottom... you have to kneel down to use it. A definite no-go for older people... this needs to be changed! A small card indicates that there is no regular cleaning. Apparently, too much water would be used for that... emptying the trash, making the beds, and vacuuming the bathroom and room doesn't require any water. Why not just say upfront that there might not be enough staff? The room rate isn't cheap, and you can really expect a certain level of comfort for that price. The breakfast buffet is varied, and items are constantly replenished. Pepper and salt are provided next to cutlery and napkins on the table. They're stingy with sugar, though—there's only a single shaker right next to the coffee machine. A dog in the breakfast room... borderline acceptable! The hotel has an elevator and an underground parking garage with plenty of spaces. There's one parking space for each room. Note: The balcony door doesn't close properly. The curtains need to be hung correctly. The cobwebs above the light in the bathroom should be removed. Since there's no daily room cleaning, a cleaning cloth should be provided for the table and chairs on the balcony.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, 4 Geh-Minuten von der Elbe und den Bushaltestellen entfernt. Das Appartement im 4. Stock mit Balkon lag nach hinten, Richtung Garten mit Blick auf den Pool und war sehr ruhig. Die Küchenausstattung mit 2 Kochplatten, ist für die Zubereitung eines 3-Gänge-Menüs nicht optimal ausgestattet, ein kleines scharfes Küchenmesser wäre schön gewesen. Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank sind vorhanden. Dafür ist das Frühstück in Buffet-Form ein ausgesprochener Hit mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen, selbstgemachter Marmelade, Hummus...! Es ist definitiv für jeden was dabei. Auch für Veganer gibt es ein gutes Angebot! Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die außerordentlich freundlichen, patenten und hilfsbereiten Damen im Service. Man muss sich dessen bewusst sein, dass das Hotel über keine Rezeption verfügt und die Damen hier die einzigen Ansprechpartner sind: wir fanden hier immer offene Ohren und große Hilfsbereitschaft. Ein Hinweis noch auf die im Preis inbegriffene Gästekarte: diese ermöglicht für einen großen Bereich die kostenlose Nutzung von vielen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in der Umgebung. Fazit: Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

Das Familienzimmer als Ferienwohnung war von der Ausstattung sehr gut, jedoch war der Service aufgrund einer einzelnen Person dementsprechend kaum vorhanden. Es fehlte an Handtücher für den Pool oder die Sauna. Die Dusche ist ein reines Glücksspiel und für Kinder zur Gefahr, denn die zuvor eingestellte Wohlfühltemperatur springt zwischen brühend Heiß und Kalt hin und her! Auch war das Frühstück so furchtbar, wie es nur sein kann. Die selbstgebackenen Brötchen mit denen extra durch einen Aufsteller geworben wurde, ähnelten eher Steinen, hart und flach als fehlte die Hefe! Das Brot war eine genießbare Alternative, aber alles andere als 20€ pro Person wert. Andere Gäste hatten sich eigene Brötchen besorgt, das sagt doch alles. Generell sah das Frühstücksbuffet aus, als ist es 1 Woche alt. Frisches Obst Mangelware, Wurst fettig und fad. Die Marmelade schmeckte nach Fisch. Der Kaffeeautomat war nach ca 20 Benutzungen defekt, der 2. Automat war gar nicht erst an. Wenn der Tag im Urlaub so startet, ist die Laune auf Frostniveau. Schade, aber wir werden hier nicht mehr herkommen.
