Best Hotels in Bad Vilbel

Amazing hotel, room, location, parking, service, restaurant. The only problem there was mold in the shower room, a lot. Luckily we had flip-flops to wear in the shower. P.S. I didnt notice if there was an A/C in the room, since our stay in October we didnt't need A/C anyway.

Very nice and courteous staff. A normal 4* hotel. As you would expect. A few small construction or design flaws that stand out. The room light can only be switched off in the hallway by the bed. The floor lamps and table lamps that are activated when entering must all be switched off individually, including the bedside lamps. Well that's tolerable. In a new hotel something like that shouldn't be an issue with a bus system or old conventional ones. But that runs through the whole project here, as soon as I entered I noticed construction defects. I'm not looking for something like that, but it immediately catches the eye. I don't know if you're drunk at building inspections today or just send the apprentice. An architect only has to collect money here without doing much for it. (My opinion) Right at the second door, an open silicone joint in the hallway, or the sloppily laid baseboards in the room that are coming loose. A cleaning lady or housekeeping should see that. It's not a youth hostel at €164 for the room. I can already imagine what the house will look like in 3 years without proper care. Just a pity! The gym is cool! The sauna in a place called ”bath” I missed. With the term resort in the name but no swimming pool and no sauna huh?! The tablet hangs after the first forced question and can no longer be activated. Also not tested! It can't be that something like that is noticeable after 10 minutes of exposure. Mini bar and telephone is also abolished as in the Ibis at the reception but not for 25 euros a night. The tablet hangs so that no information can be called up. One advantage of using the phone is that you can't be called at noon to check out 😂

I am still staying at the hotel and my experience so far has been absolutely horrible. The checkin was so slow and the male receptionist was disinterested for any greetings let alone offering any help with baggage . Sent me through wrong side of the lift and had to take stairs to get to my room it would have been easier if I was advised to take only 3 steps of stairs and the then the lift which opens right outside the room I was allocated. The cleaning standards of the hotel are awful on next level. The room is so dirty , the corners are filthy and the situation under the beds is disgusting. The housekeeper enter your room to verify if you are staying over rather than checking the system at the reception. The cleaners seem bothered when you ask them to refresh your room and they don’t greet you at all. It’s like I always have to remind twice if I need something. Customer service runs in negative not even zero . I made the biggest mistake of choosing this hostel /hotel , I have never experienced this bad hotel in my life. My recommendation, spend a little more and book somewhere where the staff actually wants to work. Well apart from greeted by a lovely lady receptionist on Saturday evening , the day I checked in ,,, nothing is right about my stay.

The price of the hotel is real, the breakfast is plentiful, the parking is free, and the rail transit U5 is convenient to the Roman Forum. It can be said to be a better choice! The only thing I didn’t figure out was that the city tax was charged for two people at the time of check-in. The front desk at the check-out asked us to pay for the 5-year-old child. The entire German itinerary was the only stop that charged the child city tax. I felt cheated.

I believe the hotel, its management, employees, and breakfast were excellent, and I truly appreciate all the exceptional services provided. If you're looking to explore Frankfurt and have a fantastic night, I highly recommend booking a stay at this delightful hotel. You will undoubtedly enjoy it, as it offers a peaceful environment. Personally, I loved it so much that I have stayed there twice in the last two months.

Temporary stay in Frankfurt for one night, weighing the price/performance ratio and travel path, chose this Marriott-based moxy East Frankfurt hotel. Ctrip's price is more than 25% cheaper than the official website, and decisively chose to book on Trip.com. Within 100 meters of the hotel entrance is the 11 tram, which can be replaced by DB and S bahn to Frankfurt Airport and Central Station. Tram also goes directly to the shopping center Myzeil Mall in the city center. The hotel is a typical moxy style, the front desk and the bar cashier are combined, very chill is very relaxed, more suitable for guests under 40 years old. The room is small, one person is enough, the most important thing is that the water pressure is OK, a hot bath is very necessary for business travel. Also recommend the food in the restaurant, the price is OK flatbread similar to pizza is delicious

Very good hotel, price/performance is true. Eating good, spa area as well. Specially to highlight is the bar, which is very well equipped, it is worth looking into the board itself, as there are some spirits that are not on the map. Good choice of whiskeys. Very pleasant atmosphere and a great barman who can enchante a great old fashioned, which is not listed on the map, which is not even the one who can claim to be so well filled with extra wishes. Wir waren hier schon einmal vor 2 Jahren und auch damals überaus zufrieden. Sehr schönes ruhiges Hotel zu vernünftigem Preis. Lage direkt am Zoo nun nur ca 100m von de nächsten U-Bahn-Haltestelle Habsburger Allee entfernt, sehr angenehmes Wohnviertel. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind überaus höflich und hilfsbereit. Alles ist bestens organisiert. Zimmer und Bad waren geräumig und sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Frühstücksbüffet war umfangreich und lecker. Zur Bergerstraße mit Geschäften und vielen Restaurants ist es nicht weit. Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen und bei unserem nächsten Frankfurt-Besuch werden wir wieder hier übernachten.
