Be Dream Hostel

The worst place I've been in my life. Horrible, I do not recommend it at all. They deceived me, I made a reservation for one night for work, then I called to confirm and they told me that I would be in a room with another girl, upon arrival, a room for 12 cramped pax, without ventilation, and an ex-convict (he told me, that he had just got out of jail and that's why he smelled like that) under my bed eating a kebap in his underwear, his feet smelled unbearably. They changed my room and put me in another with a Senegalese eating on the floor, he told me to be careful so they don't rob me, then four drunk Romanians came in shouting and turning on the light at three in the morning, another Spanish man from I was about 70 years old, insulting the Senegalese constantly, calling him hdgp, hitting the door with my fists... at six in the morning as soon as it dawned, I got out of there. The reception staff did not take charge of anything... they did not want to return my money since I asked for a refund from the first moment I entered and saw the panorama, there were families living there, children eating lying on the sofas in the common areas, and leaving remains everywhere... a very rarefied atmosphere, nothing like a hostel for tourists... it's more of a welcoming hostel.

I have received from this establishment the most disgusting Slander and Scam of my entire history as a traveler and guest. I recommend ABSOLUTELY Refrain from Hosting **** in a place with Administrators of that ilk. Because the lie they orchestrated is so disgusting, I am shy about repeating it. An absolute temple of evil, for €26.50 a night in a Shared Room. Cheap is always expensive. God will punish them.....

The hostel is fine, the public areas are large and the cleanliness conditions are good, the staff is friendly, the room is very small for so many people and the showers are not the best but in general it is fine, it has a 24-hour reception and the location is good

I don't put 0 stars because you can't. Disappointing. The common areas, the ping pong and many of the things that appear in the photos are closed during their opening hours, and when commenting on it at the entrance, the managers simply showed laziness saying that if we wanted they would open it, but that there were only things for children there. It says that there is a solarium, and as far as I know, there is not. With this, an atmosphere is generated that is nothing like the one in the photos, so do not come here looking for an enriching experience, and less so for this price. I've already left and they still haven't responded to the request I made before going, about the room. I've been going to youth hostels all my life and you can't say I don't have references. Oh, and although in booking it says that check out is from 00:00 to 00:00, they have it wrong: it is at 11:00
