This was by far the worst experience and hotel we had in all of Italy. The front desk lady was so incredible rude and nothing she stated to us was true. We booked a room with twin beds and they refused to give them to us despite me asking to confirm before booking. The rooms were small and not clean. True waste of money. Don’t stay here.

Overall cute hotel, though it’s a bit run down. However, there’s a great shuttle that takes you to Florence for €2.50 per person. The park is super nice!

It's great. Although it's on the outskirts of Florence, the hotel has a classic design, a very large garden, and the restaurant's products are also very good. Will come again!

Nice hotel in historic building with beautiful garden and swimming pool. Excellent cleaning and breakfast However, we must not forget that it is about 5 km from the center of Florence in a hamlet. So great for those with a car, if you don't have a car there is a shuttle from the hotel but only at a few times a day
