I love the rooms and the amenities and it is very clean. Walking distance from Burnham park.

The hotel seems dont have the basic amenities to offer. They have kettle, cups and saucer but no single saxhet of coffee sugar creamer or tea.I requested to provide me complementary singke sachet of coffee but was declined. Shower took minutes before xan be used for hot shower.

The location is perfect since its walking distance to Burnham Park, jeepney terminals, Session Road and to some popular restaurants. I do understand that they have a restaurant that is why outside food is not allowed but looking forward for this change since its convenient to eat in your room with your preferred food from outside. Also they must check the heater its hard to balance the hit water but the room is very spacious

The place excellent near in all places, hotel is clean recommended.

Acommodating front deksk staff... verry good service. Dining area assist is excellent.. they even look after my toddler playing/roaming around looking at the collections

Due to where the Golden Pine hotel is located it made the rooms so unbearable to have an uninterrupted sleep. Walls are paper thin, that it almost feels like you are sleeping outside the room. We moved to their sister hotel, just down the road and it was much better: bigger rooms and quieter.

We had an amazing stay for 2nights. Good service, staff are so friendly and attentive, nostalgic room, lobby was excellent, Christmas vibes was there, food is good! Location is near perfect no complain at all! Overall highly recommended ! 10/10

We love the hotel because of the location and the free breakfast. We were expecting a simple breakfast because it is free but what they served was a big one. Plus the hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.

The room is awesome especially for kids.

Amazing place

The only good thing about the hotel was the shower… at least the pressure was good and water hot. Other than that the free breakfast they’ll charge you extra (additional) p55 for a little thing of milk for your coffee! Why are Filipino owned hotels so cheap! That’s how they lose customers by not being generous! I’m mean the charge how much per night for that crappy room! Stay somewhere else for the money!

our stay was very satisfactory except that on our last day there had been a low pressure water on the faucet but eventually resolved after a few hours. Room and bathroom are spacious, clean, very good service, amenities were refilled each day except for the hotel slippers but it is not an issue for us. Location is superb, fast wifi, bfast not buffet but has selections. Cons: No fridge
