RRenshengwuchang ^_^For a place only accessible by plane, this hotel offers great value for money. The room facilities are reasonably comfortable, and the air conditioning is good. At night, you can hear the sounds of animals and insects outside, allowing you to immerse yourself in nature while feeling very safe. Although there's only one restaurant, the food is quite good. The staff are all very polite. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the national park and airport, making getting around convenient. The foreign manager is very dedicated; you often see him inspecting various parts of the hotel, and I even saw him at the airport overseeing passenger check-in.

GGuest UserOverall, the stay itself was comfortable, and the room met expectations. The hotel's aesthetic is elegant and beautiful, and its location is convenient, surrounded by chinese restaurants within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet was also good and enjoyable. However, the experience was unfortunately dampened by issues at the front desk, hygiene standards in the common areas, and soundproofing. We arrived around 10am and requested an early check-in, fully understanding that the standard check-in time is 2pm and that any earlier arrangement is subject to room availability and discretion. However, we were told by staff that early check-in would only be possible with an additional charge of RM160. This created an uncomfortable impression where it felt less like a matter of room availability and more like withholding an available room in order to impose extra charges. The tone suggests monetising convenience which we weren't particularly happy about.
After checked-in around 5pm. we noticed dirty plates on the floor left near the lift area. What was more concerning was that these plates were still there in the same spot the next morning when we checked out. This raised questions about cleanliness and hygiene, especially in shared spaces. In addition, the soundproofing could be improved. Noise from children crying near the lift was clearly audible, and due to the hotel's proximity to the airport, airplane noise could also be heard. This may be a concern for light sleepers or guests seeking a quieter stay.
While the room and overall stay were generally good, these experiences affected our impression.

Llalamochimy second visit to this hotel.come for a friend's wedding. but previously booked on another travel website. as usual, lovely staff and really helpful. downstairs got restaurant and convenient store, you can go for breakfast,dinner and lunch. always recommended.

Need upgrade for the room, very old and run down. Those home appliances were aging and not clean. Can see some ants on the working desk as well.

AalastairtingDue to located at seaside, things getting wear and tear faster and rooms kind of rundown but still in acceptable condition. Food wise ordered chicken wings but tasted like no seasoning at all And pizza is also under baked. These basic food definitely needs to improve.

MMalaysia SabahFirst of all, it's cheap for a family of 3 to stay there. Convenient location . But first impression we checked into the room is the smell from the toilet. It's very unpleasant.
Secondly, there's still hair on the floor. So cleanliness is just average.
Surprisingly, the bed and pillow is comfortable. We had good rest. The Aircond is cold too.
Hot shower is okay. Need to know how to adjust. It gets too hot, then user has to keep adjusting it in one session. Well it's personal preference I guess. It's too hot for me. Maybe not for others.

GGuest UserLocation is very good. Beautiful scenery from the apartment. Very strange and rigid rules. I knew 1 person from apartment was entitled to have free breakfast a day. I was given 3 breakfast coupons for 3 day stay but when I tried to have 3 persons from my family to have breakfast together for the same day, the receptionist bluntly refused. The conditions of each apartment we stayed was different. My sister had a 3 bed room unit with full utilities including dinning table and yet there was no wash basin for cups and plates. The bathroom sinks were leaking.

JJennifer YentyThe unit where we stayed is clean, have a breathtaking full view of the sea. Miss Nisa is very helpful to inform me the unit that we supposed to stay according to my booking have problem with their air-conditioning. So she change it to another unit. We really enjoy staying at Bay Resort. We can brisk walk and sight seeing. There's a lot of Chinese restaurants nearby too. Its a great experience to us as this is our first time coming and staying in Miri. This place is recommended to travellers with families who loved beaches and love to listen to the sound of the waves.
