Everything Robin wrote in response to Nina N's review is untrue! We were vacationing together, and I witnessed the towel incident, where you were truly aggressive, so aggressive that we couldn't even imagine that someone who has undoubtedly been working with people for years could be so inappropriate! Pointing a finger at a guest, yelling at them, and then leaving, slamming the door so hard it felt like the walls would collapse and the glass would shatter—that's not respect, Mr. Robin. It's a sign of poor nerves and poor manners. No one is accusing the staff of stealing, don't twist the words. The cleaning lady could have accidentally taken it along with all the towels. And when they asked you for help, all you had to say was that you would do everything possible to find the towel. But you started saying that you "didn't see any towel" and made it clear with your whole demeanor that you weren't going to look into it. However, a couple of days later, you found a towel and practically threw it in her face, saying, "This is yours, we don't have long ones." Furthermore, you didn't even greet the guest when you saw her, pointedly turning your gaze away. Or are you saying that's not true? What fruit baskets are you talking about? The four of us can't even figure it out... And the most interesting part! The toilet! You're blatantly lying about the toilet working most of the time! The villa has two toilets: one in the room and one shared. The shared toilet broke on the second day of our stay, and we were forced to use the one in the room. What do you think, Mr. Robin, is it very convenient when you need to go to the toilet at night, sneaking around like a mouse, just so as not to wake up those sleeping in the room. Turning on the light for them, making noise with the water, and then walking back just as carefully? You said you ordered some kind of toilet part, but you didn't receive it by the end of our stay, and the toilet wasn't fixed! How could we use it then? You didn't apologize for your rude treatment of the guest or for the broken toilet, even though we paid for a villa with two toilets. You're trying to justify yourself now, but all your attempts are laughable and pathetic! We won't recommend the villa to anyone because of you, Mr. Robin.

This is our first trip to the Seychelles. A huge thank you to our manager, Anastasia, from MGP Odintsovo. She helped us get our visa (health card) correctly and was always available, as usual! She also helped us choose an apartment. Everything was just as we wanted: Anse La Mouche beach is nearby (150 meters). It's not as picturesque, but it's within walking distance. It's quite nice during high tide; we swam there on our first day and the day before our departure. On weekends, there are lots of locals with children, making this beach ideal for children (but bring repellents! There are sand flies in the shade; you don't feel the bite, but afterward... the bite site itches for a long time). Overall, the apartment's location is excellent; all the picturesque beaches are nearby, a 10-15-minute drive or bus ride away. Shops are within walking distance, and there's a cafe on the beach (which, by the way, is where the locals eat) offering takeaway fast food, open from morning until late evening. The food is quite edible and quite inexpensive, but it's not exactly healthy. It's also a good spot for a quick bite. There are cafes nearby (with odd opening hours), as well as a good pizzeria (pizzas from the oven to go, from 125 to 145 Seychelles rupees). The apartment is simple, but very comfortable and spacious: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen-dining room with a living area, and a large veranda. The kitchen has everything you need: dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a gas stovetop, an electric oven, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster. There's one downside: there's no dishwasher, which isn't a big deal for us. Everything isn't new, but it's in decent condition. The apartment is cleaned daily, and the linen is changed every other day. Robin, the owner, is wonderful; he welcomed us like family! A huge thank you to him! The welcome and check-in were quick and easy! Robin also spoiled us with fruit, which was a great pleasure, and he helped us rent a car. We had a car the same day, and parking was free, just after he called. We had a wonderful vacation! Would we come back again? Yes.

I had the opportunity to return to this apartment, which for me is a true piece of paradise. The beautiful mountain view, the nearby beach where I took wonderful walks, and the relaxing atmosphere make it the perfect place for an unforgettable vacation. The interior of the apartment is elegant and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Robin even provided us with some passion fruit from her garden. 😍😍😍 I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a unique and authentic Seychelles experience.

I decided to celebrate my birthday in the Seychelles, in this beautiful apartment. I asked Robin to organize dinner for me and I must say perfect! Thanks Robin. Spacious apartment with everything you need to cook. Cleaning is done every day. Beautiful holiday.

Отдыхали на этой вилле неделю. Начнем с того, что хозяин виллы встретил нас максимально недружелюбно. Сказав, что он устал и что ему надо ехать на другой конец острова, пока нет пробок. Мы летели больше 10 часов, потом ехали минут 30 по серпантину от аэропорта, и мы не устали, а хозяин виллы, ожидая нас, устал. Смешно! На второй день нашего пребывания у нас сломался унитаз. Сразу скажу, что из 8 дней, он не работал 6 дней и хозяин виллы не предложил нам никакой альтернативы (переселить в другой номер) и даже не принес никаких извинений! Так же во время уборки номеров у меня пропало личное полотенце. Уборщица в номере не смогла объяснить мне куда и зачем она забрала мое полотенце. В этот момент в номере был хозяин. Я вежливо обратилась к нему с просьбой помочь найти полотенце. Он в буквальном смысле отмахнулся от меня, как от назойливой мухи. Конечно, меня это разозлило, и я более настойчиво попросила найти мое личное полотенце. На что он, как истеричка, стал тыкать в меня пальцем и кричать: не кричи на меня! не кричи на меня! не кричи на меня! Потом он просто вышел из номера, хлопнув дверью. Абсолютно неподобающее поведение ни для мужчины, ни для владельца виллы. Он будет просить с вас по 35 евро в сутки за дополнительную кровать, но не предложит их взамен сломанному унитазу. Не рекомендую эту виллу никому! Вилла красивая, ухоженная, цветы, птички, но хозяин испортил все впечатление от отдыха. Если хотите, чтобы на вас орали в отпуске и не помогли с решением ни одной проблемы, то вам к Робину. Если хотите адекватного менеджмента и уважительного отношения -ищите другие варианты.

Как оказалось в этом апарт-отеле есть не только апартаменты, но и микро номера без кухни и террасы. И при бронировании номера мы попались в эту ловушку, ожидали апартаменты как на фото, а заселили нас во флигелек со входом с заднего двора, рядом с будкой уборщика, который кашлял всю ночь очень громко. За переселение в нормальный номер владелец отеля заломил с нас 120 евро в сутки - за такую стоимость можно было снять любые другие более лучшие апартаменты в соседних отелях. При этом за время нашего пребывания кроме нас в этом отеле больше не было постояльцев, т. к. это было самое начало сезона. Ещё минусы: кровать длинной 180 см, с моим ростом 192 спать было очень некомфортно, постоянно бился ногами о деревянную спинку, таких коротких кроватей ни разу не встречал. И такие кровати во всех номерах. На соседнем участки живут какие-то невменяемые собаки, лающие всю ночь. Само место неплохое, красивое, на пляже очень мало людей, но очень мелко, надо ездить на другие пляжи. Места райские, но отношение местных, в т. ч. владельца отеля, очень высокомерное.
