"A wonderful hotel. Large rooms, twice-daily housekeeping, and excellent cleanliness throughout. I'd especially like to mention the view from the balcony overlooking the entire hotel and the ocean! 😍 Very friendly staff, excellent service, and a delicious, varied breakfast. I was a little concerned that you can't really swim in the sea; it's a long, knee-deep walk, so you can't really swim. But otherwise, the hotel is wonderful."

"A decent villa right on the beach. There's a beach nearby, but the tide is out in the mornings. It's good for swimming in the evenings. Beautiful ocean view. It's spacious, clean, and quiet. As for the downsides, there are a lot of different insects, but there's a mosquito net over the bed."

"The hotel is positioned as luxury, but I honestly didn't feel that way. It's a five-star hotel, even worse than its four-star sister hotel, Canopy. It's relatively small, has a cliff, and is okay for taking photos. The hotel staff are quite friendly. However, I wouldn't recommend it if you're traveling with children. There's not much to do, the breakfast is rather average, and there were a lot of flies while eating. The hotel price is on the high side."

Additional services include car rental, excursions, and discounted dining at a restaurant run by the apartment owners. Ample parking is available on site. "My girlfriend and I were at this hotel in November 2025. More accurately, we were at the hotel... We were in the Seychelles and booked this hotel. We booked it a WHOLE 3 MONTHS before the trip... On the appointed day, we called the owner, and he told us to come and what to expect. But upon arrival, it turned out that the hotel had allegedly had power problems after the rain, and the owner offered a room at his other hotel without extra charge, etc. We said we didn't care about the electricity, let them fix it, and asked him to show us our VACANT room. But he couldn't do it... Instead, he showed us a room ALREADY OCCUPIED... And a second one that was littered with duffel bags... Basically, it seemed to us that he somehow managed to sell all the rooms, including ours, at this hotel, and since there was nowhere else for us to stay, we were offered either a refund or a move to another hotel. We were assured that the location, the view, and the hotel itself were better, etc. We had nothing else to do, so we decided to trust him and went with him to another hotel. Luckily, it wasn't far away. He also promised to refund us 50 euros for the inconvenience. As for THIS HOTEL, I can't say how it's run since we haven't stayed there for a day. BUT what I can say for sure... THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN THE *******! The climb up and down to it is sooooo steep... It's SOOO difficult to get there by car, and you'll be exhausted climbing it on foot too... BUT the hotel itself is new... Everything is clean and tidy. No issues there. There is parking. I don't think those who stayed there complained... Now, regarding the hotel they offered us in exchange. The hotel is a 3-story villa. There are 2 apartments on each. The parking is excellent. The villa itself is decent. The hostess is kind and responsive. The drive to the villa was very convenient compared to this hotel. Everything in the room worked except the oven. There were no issues with the room itself; everything was perfectly clean. The apartments were huge, twice as big as those in this hotel. And most importantly, just as the owner promised us, we would have a great view of the sunsets and the bay. And he didn't lie. This is a top hotel on this planet!!! Evenings on the balcony overlooking the ocean and sunset were simply the best! We didn't regret at all that they changed our hotel. Oh yeah... of course, no one returned the promised 50 euros... Although they promised to bring it the next day... BUT we're not offended... Because the hotel really was much better than what we originally booked. I wanted to give it one star in the review for the hassle with changing the room... BUT because what they offered us in return was 1000 times better. We're not offended by the owner. On the contrary, we're glad it worked out that way. But the fact that we were presented with this on the day of our arrival is disappointing. That's why it's 4 stars."

"I had 2 nights booked. About 36 hours before my booking my flight was cancelled. I immediately reached out informing them of the situation and my flight disruption certificate from the airline. I booked through chase travel who also reached out and I was denied applying any portion of my payment for the future stay when I arrive(a reasonable request even if at 50%) or a refund. My payment was essentially thefted and they wanted me to pay in full again for a future stay. This could have been easily remedied with any reasonable compromise. But they refuse to work with us. Will avoid this place when I arrive in Seychelles I recommend you do the same."
