We are now accepting guests as of June 15th, 2018. We are so pleased to be able to share this amazing property with you. The view of the lake and creek from the home is breathtaking. The sunrise and the stars at night are out of this world. No light pollution. There are great hiking trails within a five minute car drive and a fun local shooting range for the gun enthusiasts. This home truly is one of a kind. Its located right near Mt. Evans Wilderness which has a great hike along a beautiful river. No fishing in the lake unfortunately even with a colorado fishing pass. No events of parties. The view from the upper deck, living room and master bedroom is spectacular. There is a swing out front that overlooks the lake and the home is located closest to the lake than any other. This is such a beautiful spot to relax and watch the bald eagles hunt for fish, bring your binoculars!
