I haven’t reviewed any hotel for so many years on business trips, but today I have to complain about it. There is a smell of urine in this hotel’s room. I really can’t stand it anymore, so I have to withdraw quickly.

酒店設施過老，早餐越來越差，品種過少，早餐服務比以前差太遠了，零壓房也沒感覺到和標間的差別，衹是多了一個床單上寫零壓房，但是隔壁門上都寫有零壓房，我定的一個大床一個標間的零壓房。下次不會再選擇了。

攜程上寫的是最晚下午2點退房，服務員中午12點就來催，後來才答應最晚1點必須退房，酒店實際情況跟攜程上不一致（參考圖片，攜程上寫的是下午2點退房，根本不一樣）
另外早餐是簡餐，一個雞蛋一碗粥，還有點鹹菜和主食，送到房間，不知道為什麼沒開放自助餐廳

一進屋很黑，有個燈還是一閃一閃壞的。孩子説害怕。在説衞生，掀開背子，在腳下的位置有一些不明物體，瞬間被噁心到。

房間很不錯，床頭和一些角落能做到乾淨沒有灰塵，地毯有點臟但是還可接受，建議把地毯撤掉，會看起來更加整潔，設施有點老，空調不夠冷，吹風機也是有點壞了的，如果能改進就更好了，不過酒店這麼多年了也可以理解，再就是入住兩人送的沐浴露洗髮水衹有一份不夠用，好在客服態度非常好，電話溝通後就立刻送來了，非常人性化，送的早餐非常好，營養均衡，以後出差還會再來的。
