Excellent hotel! The rooms are very clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and everything you need. The staff is very polite, always ready to help and answer any questions. The location is also convenient, with shops, cafes, and transportation nearby. Check-in was quick, and the atmosphere is calm and comfortable. We had nothing but good impressions. If I come back to this city, I would gladly stay here again. Thanks to all the staff for the excellent service!

What a wonderful stay! Above all, every staff member was so kind and welcoming that I felt great the entire time I was there. The room was spotless, and being right by the bustling downtown area made it easy to get around to wherever I wanted to go. They also happily stored my luggage, which made planning my days so much smoother. The breakfast was especially memorable—the menu changed slightly each day, so it never got repetitive and was always delicious. On Thursday evening, they even invited me to a live music event. I couldn’t make it because of other plans, but the gesture alone showed just how thoughtfully they look after their guests. I had booked two rooms, and without my even asking, they assigned us connecting rooms, which made staying together with my group incredibly convenient. One little tip: if you search for the hotel using Bolt taxi, it sometimes directs you to the building across the street. I wandered around a bit on the first day, so knowing this in advance will save you the confusion. The hallways can be a little noisy, and the shower has only a rainfall fixture—so if you’re used to a handheld showerhead, keep that in mind. Even so, thanks to the warm hospitality and great location, this is a place I’d love to return to!

Excellent location. You can arrange a late check-out for an extra fee. The staff speaks Russian, can help with a taxi to the airport, and give advice on the best places to see in the city. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The rooms are clean and come with toiletries. The rooms and beds are large. We'll be back!

Great location, close to May 28th Square. Very affordable price. Free room upgrade. Friendly staff. Everything was excellent. Definitely recommend.

This is a new hotel. I stayed for one night during a layover. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Unfortunately, the surrounding area isn't very pleasant, so it's best to use a taxi. It's also inconvenient to get to from the airport express bus stop (it's far and uphill). Otherwise, everything was fine.

Excellent hotel with great staff at the front desk and housekeepers. Daily cleaning, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Towels are changed regularly, and some rooms even offer bathrobes. We stayed in two different rooms, one on the second floor and one on the ninth. We preferred the ninth floor as it was quieter with fewer people around. The hotel is conveniently located, about a 15-minute walk to the train station and 17 minutes to the waterfront. There's a restaurant right in the hotel and a shop next door. The old town is about a 30-40 minute walk, or you can take a taxi for 3-5 manat (230-280 rubles). The only downsides are the thin walls (you can hear a lot) and they don't accept UnionPay cards.
