It’s a bit too far from the city. The hotel is old - the lobby area, restaurant, lifts, carpets etc, everything’s old. The breakfast is extremely average and sometimes poor (most items are served cold). Most of the time, the waiters are not sure what beverages are available. Communicating in English is a major issue. Other downsides included many amenities being closed - * the swimming pool is dirty with algae * the outside bar is closed  * they give excuses when you ask for something to be provided to the room (I was asked to go to the reception to pick something up) * there was some construction happening there and every excuse was that it’s not season time and hence the construction and the closures Not bad for those who prefer quiet but those who want the convenience of going for a walk in Nizami Street during the day, this is definitely not recommend.

It was a pleasant experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

The service was not the best when we arrived. The receptionists took their time to assist us and when we finally were given keys, they just pointed to the lift and left us. The hotel room was quite outdated with a broken leaky fridge and a bulky TV. However, the balcony was quite nice and the view was amazing. The food was really good and it was plentiful.

Good stay with calm and quiet sea view. Staff were so friendly. Breakfast spread could be more nice. otherwise it's a good property.

Excellent hotel for the money. Not the first freshness, but in general, everything is very decent. Breakfast is plentiful and quite varied. We were there in winter and it was a little unpleasant that there was no central heating, or rather that in order not to freeze, we had to turn on the air conditioner for heating, because of this, the air in the room was very dry

We rested 07/2-8/24. The hotel is not Ramada, but Horror. The rooms are hardly cleaned, the staff is not responsive, you don’t understand 90 percent of them. Russian and English, breakfast is extremely poor. Almost every day the hotel served weddings or something else on the hotel premises - as a result there was noise and songs for 2 nights. One gets the feeling that they don’t care about the guests; they make a profit on such services. In the morning, at breakfast you may see unfinished dishes from a wedding, for example. This is real - and they don’t refuse - they say why waste food!! The beach is dirty and never cleaned during the time we were there.

The hotel is located near the center, there are swimming pools (outdoor and indoor) and a beach, but the beach is not well-maintained or equipped. The hotel is not 5 stars, but a solid 3. I think the price is too high. Breakfast is very good, dinner is also very tasty, the cook is good.
