Disappointed with the service — the staff was incompetent and I wasn’t able to use the massage service. I specifically chose this hotel because of the spa facilities, but unfortunately they were not available due to poor organization.

We spent two nights at the Anna Grand Hotel, and everything exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, the reception team was incredibly kind and gave us all the information we needed. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and despite the central location, the room was perfectly quiet. The whole place has a wonderful atmosphere, and lake Balaton is just a three minute walk away. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, and the food was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be returning!

My husband and I recently spent a weekend at the Anna Grand Hotel, and it turned into exactly the kind of little escape we’d been hoping for. We loved waking up to the quiet morning light and enjoying a slow start to the day. The cleanliness was impeccable, and everything felt well maintained. Breakfast was a lovely experience. We could sit, chat, sip our coffee, and enjoy the variety without feeling like we had to hurry anywhere. It set the tone for both days perfectly. And the location couldn’t have suited us better — charming surroundings, easy walks, and plenty to explore, yet the hotel itself remained a peaceful retreat. By the time we left, we both felt refreshed and very happy with our choice. We would gladly return, and I would warmly recommend the Anna Grand Hotel to anyone in need of a pleasant, relaxing weekend away.

We really enjoyed our one night stay and wish we could have stayed longer. We were greeted very warmly at reception and offered a glass of champagne. Always a nice touch. The hotel is beautiful, very modern, and elegant. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food at both the cafe and the restaurant was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many great options to choose from. The jacuzzi pool was wonderful with full body jets that gave you a full body massage. My only regret was I didn't have more time to enjoy it. We had an issue getting a taxi to the train station, and one of the hotel employees (I forgot his name, a nice young gentleman) drove us to the train station. Now that is great service!

The cuisine is excellent – with a rich and varied breakfast and a first-class dinner every evening. Every meal was a delight. The staff are exceptionally kind and courteous, always ready to help with a smile. This was a truly unforgettable getaway. Anna Grand in Balatonfüred has been beautifully renovated, blending historical charm with modern comfort. The rooms are stylish, well-equipped, and spotless. The wellness area is spacious and relaxing, offering a great way to unwind. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the lake and promenade. Highly recommended for a luxurious getaway at Lake Balaton!

We had a very good stay. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel is really 5 star quality, the food fantastic, the spa very good, the rooms are comfortable and the personnel is very helpful. And in the same time you can feel the history behind the walls. It is a place where must go.

The hotel sits at the centre of all the action in town yet remains tranquil and calm. It is an elegant and sophisticated establishment which it wears lightly. The meals were of excellent quality and quantity. Slight down grades for the maintenance of the rooms. Issues that could and should have been fixed easily and the lack of English tea and boiling water which is a silly mistake. We enjoyed our stay and extended it by several days and would recommend.

Anna Grand Hotel is a well-known beautiful hotel. The location is superb. Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff was not at a very high level upon my visit. The facilities were very nice and also the food was OK.
