Chengdu Hotels with Balcony

"My time at this hotel was truly excellent. I stayed here during the winter, from 29 Jan -3 Feb. Everything, from the staff's service to the room's cleanliness, the amenities, and even the little gestures, really impressed me. First off, I got to the hotel pretty late, around 3 AM, and I had let them know beforehand thru Trip.com. A female staff member opened the door, and check-in was super quick and easy. Then, the next morning, when I had a little trouble with the hot water, she actually came to my room to help me fix it, even though it was still pretty early. That kind of professional and helpful service, making sure guests are taken care of, really stood out to me. I definitely have to give them props for that. The room itself was nice and roomy, really clean, and looked just like the pictures I saw online. The air conditioning, washing machine, bathtub, and projector all worked perfectly. It did take some time for the aircon to heat the room and since it was winter, it can get really cold. They tidied up the room every single day, so I always came back in the evening to fresh towels and everything neatly put back in place. They also offered free Wi-Fi (which I didn't actually use) and free luggage storage, which is a great perk if you need to check out early but don't want to carry your bags around. On top of all that, the location is fantastic. It's an easy walk to the nearest subway station. The only tiny downside is that since it's located inside an apartment building, getting up the elevator can take a bit, and it can get crowded with all the residents. All in all, I had a really great experience here, and I'd totally stay again if I ever come back to Chengdu."

"The best part about the room was the shower – the hot water and strong pressure were so refreshing. It's close to Chunxi Road, which was convenient for tour group pickups. The front desk staff were really helpful, thumbs up! Plus, the price was great."

"This was my first time staying at this hotel. The lobby wasn't great and certainly didn't live up to four-star standards; it looked quite rundown and was completely separate from the guest rooms. However, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They guided me to the elevator and showed me to my floor. Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches from housekeeping: bottled water, toothpaste, and a dental kit. The room itself had a very cozy, rustic feel, and it was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The 10 yuan self-service breakfast was also a fantastic deal. It can be a bit noisy being close to the road, but that just proves its central location, so some noise is unavoidable. Whenever I had an issue, the staff were quick to resolve it. Choosing this hotel during the off-season was definitely a great decision."

"First off, the hotel's location is great. It's about a 15-minute walk to Kuanzhai Alley. There's a police station right across the street, and they have their own parking lot. It only fits a dozen cars or so, but having staff manage it is super convenient. Facilities: Everything is very new. The hot water is excellent, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Breakfast was also pretty good with a decent variety. The milk was so-so, but the soy milk was quite nice. Service was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend staying here!"
