Great
GGuest UserVery cozy cottage, with all kitchenware and cooking utensils. Parking is very convenient and the location is also very good. The lake is just a few steps away.
The only drawback is that the sound insulation is very average. You can hear snoring in the next room in the living room. But there is no snoring in the room, which may be related to the layout.
GGuest UserTaobo's hotels are expensive. This one was cheaper than I found at the time. The uncle at the front desk also gave fresh milk, which was really delicious. Also help me call 800 because I don't have a local mobile phone card. But the hotel is not a real lake view room, only some rooms are facing the lake, others are on the side.
YYisuoyanyuyunduanThe one-bedroom and one-living room is more soundproofed. It's great to have a direct view of the lake from the living room. Parking is also convenient. Dining is not far away. It's great. The service is very friendly.
AAnonymous UserWe had a 2 bedroom apartment in double storey. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Check-in was a breeze. Front desk was very helpful and brought us to our room.
It comes with a fully equipped kitchenette with washer and dryer.
Will not hesitate to recommend The Village Resort to anyone.
It was a wonderful experience staying at this place.
GGuest UserSeriously impressed by this little inn: spacious living room; beautiful view of the lake (Room 15); bathroom with a hot tub; well-equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, plates, cutleries and even salt and pepper; one balcony attached to each bedroom; two TVs. Check-in and check-out were smooth and took less than a minute, with no questions asked. Better than many 5 star hotels in terms of the facilities and space one gets.
Possible improvements: spider webs can be removed from the balconies; a net can be installed so that insects don't crawl in when doors or Windows are opened.
CCanadian wandererThis motel is a basic 3 star facility. The carpet was a bit worn and the bed comfort was okay but could be better. Location is about a 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive to shopping and good restaurants. The beach is a 5 minute walk, but a good Sandy beach would be a 5 minute drive. Nothing fancy but a good value for the price paid.
AAnonymous UserThe name may give you some illusions, but it is actually a standard motel. Many rooms are hard to find at night, but the location is good, close to the lake. The interior of the room is standard and the hygiene is good.
GGuest UserStayed in room 837 right up the back. The room was dark and not nice at all! Was ok for 1 night.
Staff were friendly. Close to everything. There is a bar/restaurant next door.
Probably wouldn't stay here again.
GGuest UserVery good, very good car hotel, very clean, bath water is very good, the boss also prepares coffee, tea, coco, as well as milk, sugar. The room can accommodate 2 adults and one child. The quilt is thick and thin and sleeps well.
