Find Best Nakhon Si Thammarat Hotels with Balcony

We stayed only two nights but it was very nice. Boutique hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast and food on the top floor with nice view over the city. Big shower, double set of pillows and enough electric outlets to charge everything.. The only minor setback is that the walls and windows are not very soundproof. Will be back next time in Nakhon Si Thammarat

Great location!! Not far from city. There is 7/11 nearby. Room is clean and comfortable for 2 people. Only amenities that are not enough. No toothbrush, slipper shoes!! Breakfast is ok.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was located just off the main road and suitable for travellers with a car. Quite a few car parks both covered and uncovered are available. The bed was comfortable and I liked the hair dryer provided. There is a great street food market just beyond the bridge on the left of the main road. There is also a craft beer bar next to the hotel (which looks like it’s designed or owned by the hotel??) where we watched the World Cup. Room felt a little bare and minimal amenities provided. The water heater for the shower is timed and you would get a sudden blast of hot water or ice cold water so you need to time your bath. Only one key provided so if you leave the room after taking a shower, the power turns off and you come back to a damp bathroom as the air vent is shut off. The sound travels from the corridor but I don’t think there were many guests during our stay so it wasn’t too bad. There is no kettle provided in the room so you have to go to the outdoor lobby area to get hot water, a bit inconvenient but at least it’s provided.

It’s never happened to me and my friends before at any other hotels, but the staff Hop Inn Nakhon Si Tammarat didn’t let us stay due to passport issue. As I’m foreigner, they requested my passport upon check in, what is actually normal (I also work at hotel industry). But I’m Thai resident for many years, and I always use my Thai Driving License (with passport number on it) to check in to many-many hotels in Thailand, including another Hop Inn. Showing photo of the passport in my phone didn’t help as they requested to see my visa! I did’t see any effort of the staff trying to help, they seems don’t care and not even say sorry that cannot accommodate me and my friends (by the way, for my Thai friend they agreed to accept Driving License). Weird, how staff don’t care their guests. Luckily, ee found another hotel in 5 minutes away, which was pretty nice to accommodate us without any problems.

We had a lovely one week stay here. The deluxe option that we took came with very comfortable king sized bed and was spacious. A hedge of jasmine lined the entrance to the room and another palm hedge provided much privacy for an evening drink at the porch. The hotel was nicely landscaped with tropical plants. Breakfast came with many local options, fruits and dessert. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a convenience store and tasty noodles and curry rice at Mafia Bar which was located just a few steps away.

But there was an employee who came to apologize instead of being loud enough to disturb us. I was very impressed.

Since on May 19, I booked a room through Amp OYO and the first thing I booked a room with this place. What expected I saw in theAFL that the hotel room includes breakfast. What I decided to make a reservation and when I checked in, the staff was neat that the room includes breakfast, yes. So the staff gave a coupon to come and enter the room for 10 minutes. Reception staff called to inform that the customer room does not include breakfast. Inform including breakfast So the staff said that in the OYO system, the employee made a mistake. The linen room has yellow stains, forgive. But the noise is all night.
