They prioritize tourists over locals. It took almost an hour just to get a bottle of water, which is ridiculous. Plus, it's really far from any markets.

The toilet wasn't very clean.

I had to ask for my sheets to be changed because they were stained and covered in hair. They moved me to a different bed and redid everything properly because I was watching! They thought I had left, but I forgot my water bottle and came back to the room, and I saw them sweeping the bed that I had reported as dirty... with a broom. The included meals were also not good and very small portions, not to mention the floor and all the broken chairs. Basically, a hostel to avoid.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic, and I have to rave about it! The room was spotless and tidy, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. All the facilities were complete and in perfect working order, so I didn't have to worry about a thing – it felt safe and relaxing. What truly made the experience special was the Indonesian gentleman who managed the property. He was incredibly friendly and thoughtful, always meticulous and attentive. Whether it was guiding me through check-in or helping with small day-to-day issues, he was patient and always found a solution. His demeanor was gentle and professional; he never intruded but was always there when needed. Communication was smooth and easy, with no inconveniences whatsoever. You could really feel his kindness and dedication. The value for money is outstanding, the environment is quiet and comfortable, and the service is exceptionally considerate. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!
