Love stay at K Club Ubud. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond, especially Perdi, our butler. Immersive jungle experience with lots of party vibes at the swimming pool. 10/10 would recommend, can’t wait to come back!

We paid 500 USD per night at Tent 54, and there are unlimited bugs in the pool. We cannot use it at all. The handler has lots of spiders so I believe the tent has been vacancy for a long time. We asked staff to clean our tent and they left a frog inside the tent. We have been generous to tip everyone because they are nice. But this property is poor maintained, the towels are old and dirty. Just a 3 star hotel and charge you at 5 star hotel price. This is the type of hotel to avoid for sure. 我们在Tent 54每晚付了500美元，泳池里有无限的虫子。我们根本无法使用它。扶手上有很多蜘蛛，所以我相信帐篷已经空置很长时间了。我们要求工作人员清理我们的帐篷，他们在帐篷里留下了一只青蛙。我们很慷慨地给每个人小费，因为他们都很友善。但这家酒店维护得很差，毛巾又旧又脏。只是一家三星级酒店，却按五星级酒店的价格收取费用。这是绝对要避免的酒店类型。

Loved the property everything was on point but make sure if you’re booking the tents it might not get as cool as the normal rooms but they were kind enough to add another portable AC for me which I really appreciated because without that staying a day wouldn’t be possible as it gets really hot. But everything else from the jungle pool club to akar restaurant is a must try the spa is also really well maintained and a good place to relax.

Amazing place to stay , great view. the butler Perdi was amazing host he kept help us and welcoming us everytime. Some point to mention We book the infinity pool tent so to be honest it was quite nosie and loud with voices for the forest . Other then that amazing amazing place to stay i will recommend it highly just be sure to know about what to expect. Highly recommend inded

We came here for our honeymoon, and everything has been perfect. Dewan and Suarnyana, who are incredibly kind and welcoming, helped us with our bags and provided great assistance throughout our stay. A big thank you to Augus, our driver, who took us to explore the historical and traditional sites of Ubud and transported us from the airport to our hotel. He is very kind, and we deeply appreciate his warm hospitality.

Their hanging suite was a truly wonderful experience. Room was comfy and spacious, views were outstanding and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Very easy to organize activities for the day, whether on-site or around Ubud, and easy to cosy up at night. Food was also outstanding! Solid 10/10 - particularly reccomend for anyone looking for accommodation close to nature! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful experience in klub!k club have good room and good restaurant. Very good vibe in whole club and hotel. And every staff is so kind and careful. Especially Thanks for Berdi to help us everything. Maybe I will come back soon and expect next journey in k club!

Incredible stay for a romantic getaway (Kanva glamping suite). The whole property is scenic and you can customize your experience. From quiet, serene, and unplugged stay in nature to the pool party happy hour fun. Our personal butler, Reno, and his team provided great service. Very responsive, polite, and welcoming. Gave us plenty of space and respected our privacy, but was there within minutes when we needed anything. The food at Akar was really good. Highly recommend the lamb tenderloin and anything on their breakfast menu. In-room service from the Cabana was a bit bland and they forgot our last drink we ordered during happy hour, but other than that, our stay was perfect.

K CLUB Ubud was an amazing stay. The glamping tents had everything you needed and felt like a 5 star retreat. Everything was so carefully thought out. The food and the experience was second to none with a free happy hour every evening. Lots of choices for breakfast which were all delicious. Lastly the staff were amazing they couldn’t do enough for us. Always so happy, polite and helpful. The butlers Abde, Purdi, Reno and Kadek were great, always wanted to help out and suggest recommendations. Would 100% stay here again!
