This was our favorite stay in Bali. The view was stunning, and the staff was incredibly kind, providing us with great tips. We especially want to thank Antari for her kindness. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

## Hotel Review I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! ### Cleanliness The hotel was impeccably clean, which made for a very comfortable experience. Every corner was well-maintained, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in their work. ### Service The service was outstanding. The staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. ### Location The location couldn't have been more convenient. With plenty of shops, spas, restaurants, just a drive away - there was no shortage of things to do. It was perfect for exploring the area. Overall, my experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! I look forward to returning in the future.

The room was really pretty and clean. Everything was ok, other than my room TV was not working, and they are only able to fix the next day which i will be checking out. I thought the swimming pool was private to us but its shared (just for you to take note). Their breakfast was not to my liking, as the avocado didnt seem fresh. Overall i would rate this 3/5.

They left us a Good Impression with their Helpfulness. On the first night during our stay, I was in menstrual cramp, me & my husband forget to bring the-reduce-pain medicine. It was late that night, my husband called to the staffs but they don’t have it as well :(( For a moment, they was knocking my door and bring me the medicine that substituted the one I used in my home country. I really appreciated their kindness.

Its the best experience, nice resort with beautiful pool, friendly staff, amenities, and good breakfast. Especially for cok wulan she is really super star from the start i entered the resort until check out. She is really helpfull and attantion to all the detail. And also all the staff very good. Thank you will visit again 🥰❤️

Everything is good except the location😊😊

The hotel is quite far from the urban area of ​​​​Ubud. There is no free shuttle service. You have to take a taxi yourself, which costs 30K out and 50K back. It's a long walk. The rice fields in the rice field room are not as big as the photos. There is a small canyon behind the hotel with a small waterfall. Breakfast is not a buffet. You have to choose from several salty, sweet, juice, tea or coffee. It comes with a basket of bread and a plate of fruit. Only the fried noodles are delicious, and the rest are not very good. The hygiene of the room is not very good and the layout is very cramped. The supplies are from Sensatia, a local brand in Indonesia. The soap smelled very good, and I later went to the store to buy a few pieces. The two swimming pools are so small that you can't swim at all, you can only take pictures. There are only about 10 rooms in the entire hotel, and children are not accepted. The sound insulation is not good and the outside sounds can be heard clearly, especially in the room next to the restaurant. The service is pretty good. Not good value for money.

I had a great stay at Suara Alam. The ambience is really nice, and the interiors are top-notch, creating a truly enjoyable environment. The breakfast was good, and the staff were very accommodating. However, there are a few areas for improvement. They use a smart home system with Alexa, but it would be helpful to have a list of commands. The switches were also unreliable, working intermittently. Additionally, I asked them to handle my undergarment with care during laundry, specifically mentioning the pads, but unfortunately, my undergarment pads ended up with dents, which ruined the item. Overall, while there are some areas that could be improved, the superb interiors and welcoming staff make it a memorable stay.

A very unforgettable experience being able to stay here, the room was so comfortable and clean, very cool public pool with various shape, also we have enjoyed a beautiful sunset while sitting in the dining area, we are sure we will come back again if we visit Ubud😊🤩

Very amazing experience, nice room and clean. They also provide all amenities for the guests. We choose ubud room and nothing much trouble. All perfect! Great food, great view and ambiance. Staff are friendly and very helpfull for us. Thankyou suara alam for make great experience

A lovely stay at Suara Alam! Stunning and peaceful. Super comfy bed and pillows. The staff were very accommodating. Lovely view of the rice fields. Only stayed one night but would stay again in the future. Breakfast was delicious and filling! X

Very clean and super friendly staff. Hotel looks amazing inside and out. Breakfast was very tasty. Our room even had a private outside bathtub which we enjoyed. The outdoor pools are breathtaking. 10/10 experience. Wish we stayed longer!
