Authentic Balinese house, clean and acceptable facilities, in general good value for money. It's at a walk from the center of Ubud where all main attractions are located however the way there has loads of curvy hills which make it almost impossible to go on foot since it can be a little bit dangerous due to the traffic, so you'll either need to rent a bike or get a grab to move between this location and Ubud town. So if you are here you'll sacrifice convenience for being in an authentic Balinese house in the jungle but it's also cheaper than other places. It has AC and hot water and in general it's much better that what you can usually get for this price in Indonesia so I recommend it.

So kind and friendly owners. It’s their real home . But at night you will heard noise, like somebody living under roof.

I really liked the view from the room. Beautiful. Unusual, colorful. Keep in mind that it will be dark late at night, and very noisy early in the morning—the roosters are crowing like crazy. But the view is worth it. It would also be nice to have extra water in the room, as there are no shops nearby.

We stayed here for one night to explore Ubud and the surrounding area and couldn't have had a better experience. The host is incredibly friendly, helpful with everything, and makes you feel right at home. The location is peaceful, surrounded by nature, yet close to the town center. The room was clean, spacious, and wonderfully quiet—perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. Highly recommended if you're looking for an affordable yet comfortable place to stay in Ubud!

Staying for a couple of nights is quite good for this price, they checked us in early without any problems.

Very old hotel. At first they offered a room with mold on half the wall and you had to climb a narrow spiral staircase. Despite the fact that they had 2 more free rooms. The tiles in the room are from the last century, with obvious chips that were covered up. The room is divided by a huge step 0.5 meters high. At night you can kill yourself in the dark on it. It smells of dampness, there is no refrigerator. It is impossible to get to the hotel by car. If it were not for the taxi driver, I would not have found it myself. It is better to pay a little extra and rent another hotel. I wanted to leave as soon as possible.
