Service is good and they upgraded our 3 bedroom villa as the previous room has a connecting toliet which we does not like. Overall good stay. Just had to make do with all the insects as it is a villa.

Great resort and location. The private villa with pool is amazing and perfect for families or a group of adults. I would highly recommend this and stay here again. First class venue.

Our absolute favourite spot to stay at Seminyak. This was our third visit and second time in the 3 bedroom Villa which is wonderful if you’re in the mood for Villa chilling. The hotel amenities are great. Love the central location which allows one to simply walk to the popular Seminyak eateries and bars. Will certainly be staying here again on my next visit to Seminyak, Bali.

We stayed two nights at the Peppers @ Seminyak, having stayed at Peppers@Gold Coast last time. The villa was three-bedroom with a central courtyard and swimming pool. We had some problems with mosquitos, road noise and Internet connections. However, thanks to the manager, Mr Diputra, the issues were resolved amicably.

nice location. Tucked away at a corner of the busy street with easy access to food and shopping yet protected from the noise of the main street/road. Villa was big with airconditioned living room - helped keep us safe from the mozzies.. Pool was nice and deep enough. If you wake up early, can even catch the sunrise at the pool. Flea market nearby is way overpriced. Be sure to bargain ＞50% or u might just be better off at the shops along smaller streets..

Very good value for money

Seldom have I had such a good hotel. Everything is perfect here. On the first morning, one person didn't like the coffee and so another coffee was bought for him. Breakfast was perfect, the complex was large, clean and very nice. The only thing that wasn't OK was the traffic in Bali. But that's not the hotel's fault.

Very good, the staff are also very enthusiastic. In addition to the private swimming pool, there is also a public one outside, but basically you don't want to come out once you go in. Tableware and other things are all available, there is also a water purifier, and the staff will come to clean the dishes at noon, which is very convenient

Exceptional, this place is gorgeous. We stayed in the 3 Bedroom Presidential Villa. From the attentive staff, always with a smile, there is nothing that is a bother; always willing to assist. Massages from the Day spa are amazing. Beds are heavenly, breakfast is a la carte as well as buffet options. Special thanks to the Manager Jan, Guest relations Asih, Yuni 2, and Winona. The incredible Restaurant and Bar staff, Yuni 1 and Kris, Diantini, Purni and the people that delivered whatever we needed to our villa, they were all incredible and unfortunately too many to mention, along with the team that serviced our villa daily. This is my 3rd time here and would gladly come again. Just divine!!!

The most beautiful Villas with first class service, we were blessed with Ketut and Ade who assisted our son who became very unwell off-site after hours in a local club they deserve full commendation for all their assistance with the emergency taking my husband to the location and all their care getting our son back safely to the Villa. A great, relaxing week spent with 9 adult family in luxurious, comfortable and well serviced pool villa. An outstanding feature of this private well-run resort is the willingness of the team to make sure you have a great time and that your every need is met. Even the offer of a Karaoke machine to complement our in-villa BBQ. We travelled on a luxury escape package and found the value to be beyond excellent. A surprise upgrade and extra birthday treats made us feel very spoilt and very welcome! Special shout out to the culinary team for an epic birthday cake, and to guest services for pro-actively listening and acting on every little thing. We did not find the onset of rainy season to be restrictive as the resort is well versed in dealing with downpours and beautifully maintained. We'd love to list everyone by name, but this review is already 600 words long! Here are just a few of the standout team. Asih, Oka, Yoga and Dika the trainee, Ketut, Yuniadi, Astini, Piumi, Widi, Kris. Would also love to name the silent bar staff, especially the barista. Most excellent coffee, with great decaf available. Also, importantly, room service arrived hot and appetising every time at any time of day or night. The only thing that would make this better would be finalising the transition to Accor Plus. It is important to note that vehicle traffic outside of the resort is heavy and you must allow plenty of time for transfers.

This villa hotel complex in Seminyak never disappoints , the villas are large , spacious and luxurious. They all come with a full size pool , seperate bedroom pavilions and a living pavilion with full kitchen , lounge and dining rooms. The outstanding feature of the resort is the staff- they are amazing. They always have big smiles on their faces and go above and beyond to help make your holiday spectacular . The resort is clean , very well managed , secure and safe and creates a wonderful atmosphere for the best bali holiday . Located close to everything and has easy access to all the local restaurants , shops , markets and beach clubs . We have stayed here multiple times and it’s constantly excellent . 10/10 to the Peppers Seminyak management for a fantastic holiday .

We stayed at Peppers Seminyak in early November and the weather was fantastic. We stayed in a five bedroom suite each with their own separate bathroom and amenities. The beds were absolutely sensational with pillows so soft that you felt like you were sleeping on a cloud and mosquito nets to protect us in case any little critters entered the villa overnight. The pool was a fantastic size for the size of villa (approximately 16 m long). Our stay was made even better with the service of Ketut, Kris, and Hesa. We enjoyed every aspect of the breakfast with a variety of meals to choose from and plenty of great coffee selections. Happy hour was fantastic between the hours of four till 6 pm where we tried each of the complimentary drinks that were available at the time. I would highly recommend Peppers Seminyak for a family or a few families looking to stay together under one roof where they can have enough space to separate themselves if needed.
