I can't speak highly enough of this hotel! The service here is simply exceptional—thoughtful and attentive in every way. The staff members are not only warm and polite but also have a great sense of boundaries, making you feel comfortable without being intrusive. What really stood out was how quickly they responded to messages; it felt like they were always on top of things. No matter what requests I made, they went out of their way to fulfill them, showing a genuine dedication to ensuring guests have a wonderful stay. This place is a gem! Yes, it’s a bit far from main road and couldn’t be accessed by car. But it didn’t bother me. And the location pinning on the Google is not accurate, and all the grab bikers had a hard time finding the place. Also, water is dripping from the ACs in the villa, but they came and fixed it the next morning. Other than that, I was happy staying in this clean, spacious and comfortable villa!

It was a great stay. You need to walk about 7 minutes from the parking to the villa but it's well lit and paved.

I came on vacation with my parents. I was very nervous because it was my parents' first time in Asia and they were getting on in years. But the service at this villa exceeded all expectations and made us so happy we didn't want to leave! First of all, the organization. I was amazed at how punctual they were. Every question was answered immediately by a very nice girl! The transfer was perfect; book it, you won't regret it. The room was cleaned daily; everything was very neat and tidy. All the guys and girls working there were very kind and punctual. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful, exactly as in the photos, and even better in person; it's large. Now we want to come back again, and we will definitely book this villa again. The staff helped us experience the country in a special way. The people of Bali are very kind, and we really felt that.
