Overall, Its a homestay/Airbnb in Teratai Royal. Very warm and welcoming. Spoke to the in charge and he’s a one man team.
The villa features 2 bathrooms, one on the first level and one on the second level, expect mosquitos and there is still construction nearby, but for the price you pay, its pretty worth it. Bed is comfy, aircon is cold. Will be back again but after some improvements made by the owner.
