Seven Dreams A Pramana Experience

Room 720 was in the third row, a bit far from the sea, but on the bright side, we couldn't hear the waves. The hotel is located in the northeast of Nusa Penida, about a 30-minute drive from Diamond Beach. Breakfast is à la carte, and dinner offers a good variety of choices. The hotel also arranges BBQs depending on room occupancy. Overall, the dining experience was decent, which is quite good for such a small island. The hotel's beach is nothing special, but the property itself is quite nice. We even received drinks and desserts during check-in. It was my birthday during our stay, and the hotel surprised me with a cake delivered late at night – what a lovely touch!

Beyond the slightly inconvenient location, everything else was great. It's a shame we only stayed one night before heading back to Bali. Next time, we'll definitely stay longer.

Loved this hotel, it truly immerses you in a relaxed tropical atmosphere! Everything is beautiful, the staff are incredibly attentive, and the breakfasts are fantastic. We also had dinner here, and everything was delicious. It's just a shame we didn't have much time and couldn't explore the local reef. Hope to come back again!

Even though this is the best hotel on the East Route, it still couldn't escape issues with bugs, dampness, and general shabbiness. It seemed quite new, but the furniture and decor already looked worn out. During my one-night stay, I encountered four or five centipedes, and geckos were frequently in the room. One gecko even chirped all night long. It was truly *too* natural. Dinner was very expensive, costing around 200 per person for one dish and a drink. And it took forty minutes to prepare. Breakfast had limited choices and wasn't tasty. You could order two à la carte dishes, but that also took 20 minutes to prepare. Both the in-room and restaurant drinking water had white floating particles – mind you, this was *drinking* water! The service and hospitality were excellent, but the other facilities and hardware were indeed very poor. Those who can't tolerate a 'natural' environment with bugs should definitely reconsider.

The villa on the island is really nice! They even provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, and razors for the shower, which is a very thoughtful touch. 280 Singapore dollars was totally worth it, and that included breakfast. The seafood, however, wasn't great and not worth it. It's very close to Diamond Beach, so I recommend renting a scooter. They also offer free river tubing, but unfortunately, we didn't get to try it.

Terrible service, absolutely do not book this hotel. Trip.com is also terrible. They sent me a link suggesting I cancel due to the earthquake, but then Trip.com refused to cancel, offering a 300 allowance for inconvenience instead. This hotel is completely uninhabitable, and the hotel staff completely disagreed with the cancellation, despite a high tsunami warning. Do NOT book this hotel.

The hotel isn't large, but it's incredibly exquisite, like stepping into a fairytale – truly beautiful! I was genuinely surprised on check-in day; everything from the check-in ceremony to the little elephant on the bed felt so warm and welcoming. This place offers excellent value for money! The hotel is located in the east, about an hour's drive from the pier. However, the journey isn't boring at all; you get to see many small shops along the coastline, which made me feel that Penida is worth at least three or four days to explore. The hotel's location isn't the most convenient, but it's absolutely perfect for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway!
