I like to thank everyone at your lovely villa for beautiful 4 nights stay.
I don’t even wanna leave if not for exploring Ubud area. But I will surely come back here in a year time at your Villa.
Everyone has been lovely with great service. Especially META - front office staff who always willing to help me with a smile and accomodate as much as she could. You guys have a gem of customer service staffs there.
Keep up the great work, maintain this lovely place and I will see you all soon.

Really wanted to like this place, howeve was disappointed the photos werent the same as i wanted the hammock and swing. Place wasn't clean, plastic was in the pool, food was very average, water filter tap was broken, towels were dirty

Sana Vie was a really nice and clean villa. The pool feature is definitely a big bonus which we enjoyed!
The service was also superb with the reception staff and all those involved being very attentive and helpful.
We also enjoyed the floating breakfast as well!

I recently stayed at Sana Vie Villa, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing for several reasons:
1. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the villa, especially the toilet, was unacceptable. It did not meet basic hygiene standards, and the overall villa felt poorly maintained.
2. Condition of the Room: The room appeared run-down and in need of repairs and updates, which negatively impacted the ambiance of the stay.
3. Breakfast Quality: The breakfast provided was not served hot, which made it less enjoyable. Additionally, I was served a cracked mug, which was concerning from a safety and quality perspective.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure future guests have a better experience.

All the staff at the villa were really very friendly and helpful. They made sure our stay was comfortable as well. The villa itself was exactly like the pictures, it was clean and comfortable. We had a really good stay overall, we will definitely come back again! :)

Stayed in the suite room, came jacuzzi with the shower head above, which is quite hard to use. After staying for 4 days, we still couldnt figure out which knobs to turn for hot or cold water. No fridge as well.
However, the Netflix TV and Alexa were superb! And the breakfast was a delight with plenty of options. The afternoon tea set is rather little as shown. Overall, quite worth it!

went there for the honeymoon trip . they served us with full of smiles and the staff are very polite and friendly. You will get huge swimming pool including bathtub and the best part is you can get Smart AI remote which is very easy to control the facilities with your voice instruction. You will never regret if you choose this villa because Its very worth it for money. The villa looks exclusive & expensive but the price is very cheap
