Sana Vie was a really nice and clean villa. The pool feature is definitely a big bonus which we enjoyed! The service was also superb with the reception staff and all those involved being very attentive and helpful. We also enjoyed the floating breakfast as well!

I recently stayed at Sana Vie Villa, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing for several reasons: 1. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the villa, especially the toilet, was unacceptable. It did not meet basic hygiene standards, and the overall villa felt poorly maintained. 2. Condition of the Room: The room appeared run-down and in need of repairs and updates, which negatively impacted the ambiance of the stay. 3. Breakfast Quality: The breakfast provided was not served hot, which made it less enjoyable. Additionally, I was served a cracked mug, which was concerning from a safety and quality perspective. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure future guests have a better experience.

Stayed in the suite room, came jacuzzi with the shower head above, which is quite hard to use. After staying for 4 days, we still couldnt figure out which knobs to turn for hot or cold water. No fridge as well. However, the Netflix TV and Alexa were superb! And the breakfast was a delight with plenty of options. The afternoon tea set is rather little as shown. Overall, quite worth it!

went there for the honeymoon trip . they served us with full of smiles and the staff are very polite and friendly. You will get huge swimming pool including bathtub and the best part is you can get Smart AI remote which is very easy to control the facilities with your voice instruction. You will never regret if you choose this villa because Its very worth it for money. The villa looks exclusive & expensive but the price is very cheap

Here for our honeymoon and also my first time in Bali! It was a great experience in this Villa, a very small scale property with only 10 villa. Service staff were all very friendly. I’m satisfied with the big villa with a private pool and swing. Breakfast was in room, very delicious and wide spread:) It also comes with Netflix account to watch countless movies! A very chillax trip! Highly recommend everyone to book :)

It is a perfect place for couples looking for privacy.. the service of the staff was really good too. The only disappointment was the lack of convenience stores near the hotel.

The hotel facilities are mixed, while they have wonderful Alexa to control the room system but the bathroom tiles are looking a bit dated. The swimming pool in the room is nice and charges are applicable for floating breakfast but I find the taste of the breakfast can be improved. Their service is very good and attentive though

The toilet isn't seperated from the sleeping area and the shower area is in the jacuzzi itself. Other than that, no complains.
