The location, facilities and atmosphere were great. We enjoyed. But their support can be improved. We asked 3 times to change the refrigerator they changed after 2 time asking for broken one.

Courtyard Marriot is a beautiful hotel that offers a number of amenities, with friendly and polite staff. Breakfast offers a wide array of options from local dishes to other international cuisines. I love the atmosphere and energy of the place. Finding outside dining is not difficult because most restaurants are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend it for anyone who wishes to stay in Bali.

Our stay at courtyard was amazing. The room was clean and the service was outstanding. From the moment we arrived they gave us their 100% and made our stay easy and fun. We would highly recommend courtyard to anyone despite age or the nature of your trip, the staff there will help you.

This is a popular hotel as there were always a lot of guests at the pool and at the lobby. It is close to most bars and restaurants so it’s a good spot if you into the noise. The compliment popcorn and cotton candy for the guests were a nice touch. I dont like the fact that you need to scan your bags through security everytime you come in but that’s just me.
