Bali Garden Beach Resort

Stayed 2 nights on a tour guide 's advice. Overall stay was ok. But some of the rules I never saw anywhere else in the world. You have to deposit money first for ordering food in the restaurant. I was away and my wife ordered some food in the pool restaurant , to be honest she said the food was terrible, normally they put the bill to your room but here the waitress kept asking again and again for money like my wife was running away. She said let my husband come he will pay you but they kept on bugging. There are a lot of insects and lizards in the rooms and around. Breakfast also not very appealing is just ok. But the staff there and cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. When call to ask for housekeeping they say to come to reception and take yourself. Even for pen and paper. Is on for short stay.

A very nice hotel with a great garden and pool area. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Highly recommended!

I love the location of the hotel, which is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping malls. The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet, and have comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is reasonably good, and the service staff are friendly. Overall a great experience which offers a relaxed atmosphere.

Quite disappointed with this hotel services and facilities given its good rating and higher than average price and no free cancellation. While it is relatively well upkeep, clean and has a beautiful garden, its service is not good as no one greet guest at the arrival area and take the luggage up the stairs right away. The reception said the normal check out time is 10 am unless extended to 12 noon. Also the beach towel has to be collected and returned to the reception desk instead of by the pool. There is no place in the shower room to put the bath soap and only placed on the sink table. The coffee shop sign is hardly noticeable. Only find one electric outlet in the room.... Having said all this, its breakfast atmosphere and spa are very good and it is i like the most about thus hotel.

Good location, great service, beautifully grounds. We enjoyed this hotel very much.
