For its price, it’s a 10/10. Very convenient and accessible. Mini mart, food shops and even Sanur Beach are all minutes walk away from this place. The staff are so friendly, warm, accommodating, and welcoming. They are very attentive to your needs. It might be old guest house, with minimal tear and wear but it’s properly maintained, not a hindrance to feel comfortable and safe at the same time. Overall, it’s very homey and quiet. I personally recommend this place and love to rebook when I have the opportunity to come back in Bali. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Best place to stay near Sanur beach, everything nearby!

Nice and cosy, budget stay but good beds, shower separated from toalett, so not wet seat, no prop for water in sink for shaving, curtains not stopping light coming in in the morning, no water heater or small fridge in room, but using oven in kitchen, swimming pool for diving exercises, so so WiFi, very friendly staff.

Ants are coming up, so you'll need a trash can or trash bags. It's better to wash anything with sugar in water. This is common in Southeast Asia.

Don't make the mistake we made by booking 4 nights at once! Come here first and see if it's worth the money, time, and stress. Terrible hotel. Our room was on the ground floor by the pool (you can't really call it a room). The doors don't inspire confidence. The room was dim. Guests smoked in the pool, dumped ashes nearby, and extinguished cigarette butts on the rocks next to the pool (no one complained). It felt like the group was relaxing in our tiny room, not in the pool. There was a strange odor in the room, and the sofa reeked of something. When our neighbors went to the bathroom, it felt like they'd come into our room. There was no drinking water. We tried to remove the colorful bedspread from the bed to lie down on clean sheets, but it turned out to be the blanket we were supposed to use as cover?! The neighborhood feels like someone might shoot at you from around the corner, or even point-blank. In our short two-week stay in Bali, this was our fifth hotel, and it was the worst! An hour later, we fled to another excellent, clean hotel with a perfect location, a 10-minute taxi ride away, right across from Icon. Naturally, no one refunded our money (it was four nights), but it's better to leave it there than stay in this place. We're not picky tourists, so we stayed in budget hotels in central Ubud in the north, two in central Sanur, and one near Pandawa Beach in the south (we've had rates ranging from 1,300 rubles to 1,700 rubles, with a maximum of 2,200 rubles per night). But this hotel is a nightmare. Apparently, those who give it 5* and praise it highly have nothing to compare it to.

Very clean hotel for overnight stay. There is everything you need, kitchen in the common area, several refrigerators, the pool is clean. The location is decent, within walking distance of shops, cafes, the coastal area.

The location is convenient for getting to anywhere in Sanur. The rooms are clean and the showers are hot. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Polite staff Clean and quiet room

The rooms and pool were clean, and the staff were friendly. You can also park your rental bikes. The only thing that was hard to use was the location of the power strip. There are so many great accommodations in Indonesia that it's really hard to choose.
