Underwhelming for a five star hotel. Room is very basic with no sound proofing so you can hear doors banging and people's conversations. Service staff are overall friendly but attentiveness vary. Check-in experience was sub par, no explanations of amenities available and where breakfast is served. They also could not explain what the deposit system was about where they deduct the amount for food and drinks you consumed during your stay by depositing and amount ahead? Breakfast service was slow with service staff just standing around and chatting with each other. Dinner service was better. They had a live bad at night which was fun. Food is good, with healthy options available from the Shambala menu. Gym is well equipped and large. They also provide yoga and pilates classes. I think if you don't have expectations of a five star service, you'd be happy with the place.

Fantastic beachfront location with easy access to everything. The restaurant food could use some improvement, but overall, it was a great stay for families

Very clean room with friendly staff, might be short handed as at breakfast, coffee and food took longer than other hotels. but generally very good.

Good service. Food is okay and facing to the beach. Nice lagoon pool for sleeping there. But the spa is fair.

We stayed for 4 nights. Had a lovely experience. Checking in and out was fast. We did not like the room given to us as it did not have much of a view. Hotel acclimated our request and changed to a better room. Loved the yoga and gym facilities. Food and drinks were excellent. Hotel staff were very warm and helpful

Great resort and absolutely recommended. Amenities were great paired with attentive service. Two pools for guests to choose. Location wise was a bit far from the airport and with traffic it took about 1.5h, but overall really great.

The location is ideal, right on the beach. You can have breakfast facing the beach, and the beach is beautiful! There is a flea market every Sunday right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The staff service is very good, but the maintenance of the room needs to continue to improve. Breakfast is good, served a la carte.
