Not a bad guesthouse for Europeans :) Grandmas and grandpas everywhere :) They probably feel comfortable in this area. Green territory, dirty pool, dirty towels. The rooms are good and spacious. We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant, instead we went to a wonderful French place 5 minutes away. I recommend it.

There were no towels in my room, so had to go & ask for them. At the pool I had to go into a lock up to look for a sunbed cushion, staff should be more proactive in offering cushions. I asked at the pool for a pool towel, they were surprised I didn't have any in my room, they got on the walkie talkie & asked for some for me, 6 hours later the pool towels hadn't arrived, so I went to reception myself to ask for them. My room was cleaned & no clean towels were left, I gave them the benefit of the doubt & left it a few hours, hoping they'd bring towels, but no, I had to once again go to reception for towels. A nice touch would be staff coming to your sunbed to ask if you want food or drink. The restaurant could do with a roll down wall, a barrier from the elements for times when the wind & rain are prevalent. It's not fun being blown about & getting wet when you're trying to negotiate your food. The rooms are lovely, I had an outside bathroom, which was very special. One issue is the ceiling, there's always bits of dirt or bugs falling onto the bed from the ceiling. The fan in my room didn't work, there was also a light out, but I just left it, I didn't want to keep complaining. Most of the food was delicious & presented very well. I tried vegetable soup, which was basically lots of uncooked veg in a vegetable bouillon, not my idea of soup, I didn't take too well to the spaghetti bolognese either, i didnt like the taste of it. I'm not sure what they wash the fruit & salad in, but it didn't taste very nice & tasted of chemicals, suffice to say I couldn't eat it. The staff are friendly & ready to help. I didn't realise the hotel had a driver to do trips, they should be informing people of this, I booked a driver from outside & would of preferred to pay the hotel driver. The surroundings/gardens are beautiful & so is the pool area. Beach sellers are a pain, you could be led on sunbed or eating a meal & they still harass you, one even sneaked up the stairs from the beach, staying just out of the view of hotel staff.

Bali Santi Bungalows far exceeded any expectations in had. The staff are so friendly and amenities are great. Room and ensuite are very clean, shower has great water pressure. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Outside the rooms are also very pretty.

We had a 2 bedroom villa with a private pool. Excellent service and villa. Pool was big. Very clean villa. Comfortable beds. Excellent entertaining area. Food was ok in the restaurant but big tax and service charge.

Everything was fine, except for the poorly working wi-fi and ants in the bathroom. I went to the restaurant once, and had to wait quite a long time for my order. The hotel has its own piece of beach, but the bottom is rocky. Cleaning every day, no sign do not disturb, woke up every day. Expensive transfer, offered by the hotel.

The hotel was very Balinese, spacious rooms, and the sea in front of the hotel was very nice. If I come to this area again, I would like to stay there again.

A great budget hotel with a good location. Bungalow-style rooms. I got a spacious bungalow room with an Italian shower and a huge open-air bath. The unique atmosphere of the infinity pool and sea view restaurant make this hotel incredibly picturesque. Of the minuses, sometimes all sorts of creatures crawled into the room, like lizards and caterpillars. But this is more a feature of Bali than a disadvantage of the hotel. Very happy with my stay at Bali Santi Bungalows 😁

We stayed here for four days in October 2025. Conveniently located, with spacious, well-maintained grounds, a large pool, and private access to a sandy beach. There are plenty of aquariums with large fish on the property (we even had our own aquarium in the bathroom). There's a cozy cafe with delicious food and reasonable prices (breakfast is 45,000-55,000 rupees per person). You can pay for your meal immediately or add it to your room bill, and paying by card upon check-out is convenient. Cons: 1. Taxi drivers from Grab and Gojek are not allowed near the hotel; bookings must be made through reception, with a 30% surcharge. 2. We rented motorbikes through reception on our first day (our mistake; we didn't do our research), but it turned out the rental price was twice as high as if we'd searched around the area. Overall, an excellent hotel, I recommend it.
