Super nice hotel to stay if you’re looking for a very chill place with the best staff ever.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for three days. We really liked the hotel; it has a beautiful setting and several swimming pools. The girls at reception are friendly and helpful. The room is cleaned daily, and the food is delicious. Thank you!!!

The staff is very friendly and did everything to make us comfortable. But the room was not the best, as the walls were old, the furniture stank, the shower was open to the street, maybe it looks authentic somehow, but it was not very cozy. But the view from the hotel is gorgeous and there are various entertainments.

My home away from home - this is the BEST kept secret in Bali. I LOVE THIS hotel!!! Sylvia is the most incredible manager and her team is amazing. The staff is so warm and welcoming. They make everything so easy and even have traditional Balinese offering and dance classes. The rooms are so beautiful, the beds are SO COMFORTABLE, the both pools are stunning. It’s a slice of heaven away from the busy ubud center, but just a short car ride away. The location is perfect. I cannot say enough about this hotel. Love love love!

This review is for Villa 3. We booked for 4 nights but only stayed 1. The place was disgusting, dirty and horrible. I was so upset as booked this for my 60th. The bed linen was dirty and had holes (do yourself a favour and dont take the pillow cases off 🤮) and there were hairs on the mattress and cushions.1 bathroom smelt of urine because the toilet hadnt been flushed, another smelt of cigarettes due to a pile of ash on the balcony. The paint was coming off the walls and a lovely green mouldy patch outside the AC. The inside of the "kitchen" cupboards were full of cockroach poo and the 1 saucepan was dirty. The balcony upstairs was unsafe with a low handrail and electrical wires all over. The food in the restaurant was OK but couldnt have a sandwich as they had no bread, or spring rolls or duck. The bagel served at breakfast was mouldy. Silvia was helpful to organise a refund, this is in no way a reflection on the staff (except the cleaners need to pick up their game). So to the OWNERS! Either stop selling that villa or renovate it to an acceptable standard

We stayed at the beautiful Budhi Ayu for 2 weeks March/April 24. Our room was a suite size, was huge with walk in shower. The staff were wonderful, so helpful and always had a smile. Staff were always helpful in organising guides and transport for things we wanted to do and places we wanted to see. The property has 2 pools surrounded by lush gardens in a quiet cul de sac within walking distance to the centre of Ubud. Breakfast which was included was served from 8 - 11 every morning and restaurant was open until 9pm. We had a wonderful experience at this lovely hotel and would thoroughly recommend it.

We spent 3 nights in this magnificent hotel. The place is a little away from the center of Ubud and it's perfect, we are immersed in a green setting with lush vegetation. It's quiet, the rooms are beautiful and the cleaning is done it's clean. The staff is adorable, they all have a smile from morning to night. The breakfast is delicious with fresh fruit juices and a choice of a continental or Indonesian breakfast or other... The pools are beautiful and relaxing, it's a small intimate hotel away from the crowds of the big hotels and it's perfect. We will come back with great pleasure
