Un hotel espectacular y la habitación amanecer, increíble. Estuvimos de maravilla. El desayuno fue buenísimo y variado, la habitación con unas vistas increíbles, puedes alquilar moto allí mismo. Si volvemos a Sidemen, repetiremos.

-Preise auf Verpflegung sind deutlich gestiegen
-Man kriegt zu wenig zum Frühstück, um satt zu werden.
-uns wurde beim Einchecken versprochen, dass für das Kind auch etwas zum Frühstück gibt. Am nächsten Morgen hat man aber für das Kind kein Essen bereitgestellt. Wir haben deswegen entschieden, unseren Aufenthalt da nicht zu verlängern.
- kein Gojack oder Grabcar konnte gebucht werden. Man kann aber über das Hotel einen lokalen Fahrer buchen (zu einem deutlich höheren Preis).
- die Treppen zum Zimmer waren sehr rutschig, man soll vorsichtig die Treppen steigen.

We returned to Cepik Villa for another visit, arriving after travelling from London via 4 flights in 2 days - yet within 30 minutes we were totally chilled out and so content to be back. We recommend the Rice Terrace rooms offering more privacy, great comfort and super views. The staff are superb - Anom, Wayan and the whole crew made our stay first class. Lots to do of course in Sidemen; Cepik is positioned so that you are away from the busier parts but still within easy reach of all these attractions. Sidemen is changing, with lots of construction work and high-end operators moving in which is a shame - however, Cepik keeps it real and we hope it stays that way for another visit soon.

The hotel has an beautiful location, but the standards isn’t much to praise. In our room there were a few problems that should have been fixed. The handle for the shower kept falling off, the same is for the sink where the nozzle was broken. The doors for the terrace didn’t close properly and the same goes for the entry. The food is nothing special. They make good goreng, but aside from that it was kind of bad. But the worst part is the owner (I think he was the owner), at first he gave a good impression but as we stayed there his service was really bad. We asked him for a pharmacy, and he reccomended a place where they sell ***** behind the counter. When we asked him about transport he reccomended a taxi for 400.000, and said it’s not possible to get a grab. Nonetheless we tried booking a grab and got picked up 5 min later for 160.000. He was kind of condescending in general whenever we had a question. If I ever return to sidemen I will most definitely stay at Samanvaya where everything seemed like top class.
