We checked in at 3am in the morning and could not believe how bright and happy the reception staff were. Check in was very smooth and we got driven to our room using the golf cart. The staff, food, and activities are all great at this hotel. We spend 4 days over Christmas holidays there and absolutely loved it thanks to Laola, Putu Anom, Hary and Resta who were amazing with my family and I. Looking forward to returning again. One of the best parts is the beach is kept spotless and is a short walk from the hotel, pool, bar and sun lounges.

Great experience here! Booked a villa for two nights with a private pool. Experience of a lifetime! So nice. Food was great, room service was perfect, staff were so kind and helpful, loved the beach, surfing nearby, shopping and good restaurants at the Bali Collection within walking distance. Villa private pool has a lockable door that opens up the a joint pool for all villa guests. Couldn’t believe it when opened that door. Rarely saw anyone else out there. Only minor annoyance was that the shower area was partially outside so it was impossible to keep bathroom area temperature controlled. Hot poops haha. Have to keep the door to the bathroom closed to keep mosquitoes out. Still wonderful of course. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very big resort with many pools and very clean. Good services

A lovely resort! We stayed in a villa and absolutely loved it. You get a private pool for villa guests, afternoon tea and cocktail hour. Definitely worth it. The resort area is big and clean, lots of dining options, the staff are lovely. Walking distance to the water blow and bali collection, convenient pick up location for taxis and tours. Will definitely be coming back!

Chemical too strong which used to clean the room , no sauna and jazzuci. Breakfast selections was varied

Merusaka Nusa Dua is a beautiful resort and we picked the most perfect room with private access to our swimming pool.

Clearly the worst hospitality we received during our time in Bali! While the location of the hotel is great, our experience here was soured by the terrible customer service we received from the duty manager upon arrival. Though we understand (as was explained to us) that the hotel had received an incorrect booking code for the room type we had booked on trip.com, we felt that the matter could have been handled a lot better by the manager, who could have shown a little goodwill towards their guests, considering we had shown her a copy of our booking confirmation. We were given a standard deluxe room even though we had booked one with pool access, and were told that if we wanted the room we had booked (and already paid for) we would have to offer a guarantee! Thankfully, the trip.com agent we chatted to was able to resolve the issue within a couple of hours, and we were able to check into our correct hotel room later. The manager offered no response or apology for the incident, showing a complete lack of care in their guest. Pros: The location is the best thing about this place, near a pleasant beach and a close walk to the Bali Connection shopping area. The staff handling the luggage and driving the carts were great. Cons: The room we received was dated and had a musty smell that would occasionally waft through. Also, the first room we had to check in to had a shower that was in need of repair. Some of the staff could be a bit more helpful. For example, there was very long line at checkout. I approached the concierge to ask if there was a quicker way to check out as we just needed to drop the cards off. I was told no, that I had to join the queue. It was only later while speaking to another hotel guest that I found out there was a self-checkout computer at the front desk. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of training with the staff, but things like this are important to us guests. TLDR: Nice location, terrible hospitality from the duty manager, tired musty room.

Lovely Hotel with very good service and we don't actually need to go out of the property for any thing as everything was available at the hotel
