Reviews of Anathera Resort Kuta Bali Airport

The outdoor pool had live music, which created a great atmosphere, and the service was good. However, the in-room facilities were outdated, and there was a persistent musty/damp smell. Both my friend's room and mine had this issue. Even though we only stayed one night for an early flight, it was still a tough experience in the room. Hope they can improve this.

1st time visit to Bali ,Everything is fine except the room air con is noisy and the breakfast area lighting is very dim need to brighten up the place . Black sesame is salty n watery .

Everyone should stay here! For 200 yuan, you get a 600 yuan-level hotel experience. The restaurant is also excellent; I highly recommend the oxtail soup. You can even exchange currency in the lobby.

The hotel has two large swimming pools and is quite expansive, with a circular design. The staff are very welcoming. I'd definitely go back again. It's super convenient, only about a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. It's also roughly 10 minutes from Kuta's 'foreigner street' (Legian/Poppies Lane area), assuming no traffic. For your return journey, you might want to consider alternative transport options.

Great location, super close to the airport – just a few minutes by taxi. The lobby is grand, and the pool is really nice. There's even a convenience store right downstairs. My only minor feedback would be that the bedding could be a bit cleaner.

A lovely hotel in a good location from the airport. The staff were helpful and there was good amenities with the pool, restaurant and spa etc. We were on the ground floor by the pool so it was quite loud.

All was good and enjoyed our stay. Only had to walk a little longer to our room from the elevator.

Pros: Very close to the airport, about a 15-minute drive. Also not far from places like Beachwalk, roughly a 10-minute taxi ride. The environment is very good, the room is spacious, and the facilities are quite complete. The front desk service attitude is excellent; many foreigners also stay here. There are several supermarkets downstairs. Cons: The location is not on a main road, but rather a small, rough road, which becomes especially difficult to navigate when it rains. Therefore, walking around at night is very inconvenient. Essentially, you need to take a taxi whenever you go out.

The room was spacious and perfect for our group of three. We loved that they offer an option with three beds, imagine that! What a steal! Definitely staying here again on my next trip to Bali. Super affordable compared to other hotels and Airbnbs.

The bed was too small and breakfast wasn't good, but everything else was pretty standard. The environment was okay. Service was acceptable; you could even grab breakfast to go in the morning. The environment itself was nice. The AC was really cool, and there was someone to help with luggage. Cleanliness was good.

Worst experience I've ever had at any accommodation. 1. The room which I was first assigned was already assigned to someone else. There were other people's belongings inside, clearly in use. It was fortunate no one was in the room, but did they apologize to the actual occupant for mistakenly giving me their key? 2. Regarding room cleaning, someone had urinated in the toilet and not flushed it. I assume the person who cleans room couldn't stand it and used it anyway. What kind of employee training do they provide? 3. The Wi-Fi password has changed during my stay, yet there was absolutely no notification Additionally, the new password displayed on the front was also incorrect at first. This forced me to cancel an important web meeting. The hotel provided no explanation or apology. Worst hotel.

The hotel is located close to the airport, which makes it practical for early morning flights. However, the area is quite busy with a lot of traffic. The room was not very clean, but given the low price, it served its purpose as a budget option. I chose this place because I had an early flight, so I didn’t complain. It is fine for a short stay, but not a place I would recommend for spending many days.
