Swiss-Belhotel Tuban boasts a convenient location near the city center, offering clean rooms and excellent public facilities. However, the rooms are not very soundproof; you can occasionally hear people walking past your door. At times, the doorbell from neighboring rooms might cause a bit of confusion.

Been to Bali many times but it's my first time staying in this area. Can't deny this area is a bit crazy - lots of traffic and definitely not a tranquil district in Bali. However, Swiss Belhotel Tuban make it feels like you're isolated from the noise.
I totally enjoyed my 3 nights stay here:
Room - spacious, modern and very clean, have a beautiful city and a bit of sunset view from the balcony. Worth paying just a bit more to have a balcony with city view. Shower pressure fantastic. Have all the amenities you need.
Staffs - From front desk to restaurant to pool to room attendants to security staffs at the entrance, everybody always smiling, polite and offer excellent service
Pool - very clean and big, lots of sunbathing time, love it
Buffet breakfast - lots of varieties to choose from and delicious, love the fresh turmeric juice they offer
Area - busy area with traffic jam :( (not the hotel's fault) but also very convenient if you like to go shopping and the beach. Just a 10 - 13 mins walking distance to the beach and Discovery Mall. Lots of nice little restos and cheap warungs with yummy food nearby the hotel. Don't forget to try Warung Yuma (just go out the hotel, right hand side on the road, super close), cheap price with big portion, delicious local/ Chinese food.
100% recommend Swiss Belhotel Tuban if you want to stay in Kuta.

Stayed here for 2 weeks with family. The staff were amazing - very polite, accommodating and went above and beyond for us to have an enjoyable stay. Room service was very affordable and prompt. Housekeeping did an amazing job everyday. Our room was always spotless. There’s a shuttle that goes to Discovery Mall twice a day. Grab is also very accessible.
We couldn’t use the gym much because the weights section had a lot of missing dumbbells. The bench was also risky to use because it was unstable. I would highly suggest in investing in proper weights and replacing/fixing the bench.
The pool was big enough to accommodate multiple guests. There were also enough sun beds for everyone. The buffet breakfast was delicious everyday and there was even an eggs section where they cook it how you want it right in front of you.

When we first enter the room and check the toilet i taught theres no bidet but they have which is the one already input in the toilet bowl.
The AC isnt that much cold.
We call the reception and the mentainance came and check the AC and after that temperature change a bit but still not very cold for a room with having an AC.
Room is 8177
The pool is wide and big.
The area is not much a city vibes unlike in the main Kuta Beach.
Breakfast is okay. 7/10
15mins to airport.
Book again next time?

Hotel Review: Disappointing Stay with Multiple Issues
I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and, unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The room had several major issues that significantly impacted my stay.
First, the TV had no sound, making it completely unusable. Despite trying to adjust the settings, nothing worked. Second, the toilet facilities were under maintenance, which was highly inconvenient. A functional and well-maintained bathroom is a basic expectation in any hotel.
Additionally, the air conditioning was not cooling properly, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. To make matters worse, the air had a strong, damp moisture smell mixed with a sewer-like odor, which made staying in the room unpleasant.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I hope the hotel management takes immediate action to fix these issues, as they significantly affect guest comfort. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend staying here.
