A perfect stay with hygienic food, excellent hospitality, and truly professional service. From the warm front desk welcome to the restaurant, laundry, cleaning, and spa services — everything was handled with care and quality. The staff made the experience comfortable and memorable. Totally worth the money. Hats off to the entire team at Grand Zuri Kuta Bali for the outstanding service and dedication.

The first time they arrange me to 6th floor, the room was ok just the toilet not clean n have odors. After I feedback to the receptionist they arrange me change to another floor, the room type just the same, and clean. The room have 2 balcony with swimming pool view. This room good for two person. The breakfast also not bad , and we can request box if we want to take away. 👍👍👍

We are staying here for a stay before our yearly medical check up at Siloam Hospital. The location is great but unfortunately the staffs (except the Front Office) were not warm and welcoming, they just see you and pass by you in hotel areas. The room is okay but lots of improvement point. The door wireless lock, the lock inside, the door itself all needs to be upgraded. The bathroom door is so heavy and hard to slide. All the glass windows and mirror are dirty but at least the bed and the pillow are comfortable. One more thing: it’s also wierd to see the hotel’s pool is open for public swimming course. I’m planning to have a quick swim but cancel it because of the public crowd. Is the hotel tends to make it a public pool? Anyway, for a short and quick stay, it’s okay.

Great services from front office and breakfast is quite good. Had a very nice surprise during breakfast time when several staff perform dancing and interacted with guests & kids. Very great to start a cheerful day !

The brekafast was good but not the staff. requested for some condiments but dia not come return with item or updates. Same staff gathered near the reception areas talking while my request was left unattended at all.

Good hotel in good location in Kuta Area, near to Dewi Sri area with a lot of food options 🤩

Stay in Grand Zuri Kuta Hotel was excellent! Room was very spacious and the view to the pool was also nice! There is a small convenience store just next to the hotel. A fun little thing is when the breakfast is served, the staff will make a small dance performance by the pool. Nice little addition to the breakfast experience!

It was a great experience staying here unlike the prev hotel stayed in night before. The breakfast/room service served, the attentive staffs and the amenities are well maintained. It is 4-star hotel but with a 5-star experience altogether. Dont mind staying again for the next future trip and recommended others to check it out yourselves

Bed quality & linen is poor quality , Towels is sore got to improve.

This is one of the worst hotels if ever stayed in I will never go back there , no fridge , air con doesn’t work properly , their Rooms poorly appointed bathrooms were moldy TERRIBLE

I stayed here for quite a while and honestly got tired of the same hotel breakfast every morning. Room: Unfortunately, the room I was staying in had a strong smoke smell, so I had to move to room 205.

Nice hotel to stay with Halal Certified. Good for muslim and no need think twice for breakfast.
