So bad

Hi basically when I arrived at this place they checked me in the room and there were other people's shoes aswell at the door of this room as it was a shared Dom! I then left my special shoes that I was wearing at the veranda of the room then I chilled in the room for a bit orders food! Came out to fetch the food from Gojek driver and was eating f outside after I changed clothes and wore different shoes left the other ones at the balcony of this hostel inside were it looked like it's safe and is part of their property I even asked them before check in if It was safe and they said ofcos it is! However when I came back to check out from this place my shoes that I left outside was gone and ai asked one of the managers the bir chubby gentleman and his reply was extremely rude! He told me not his problem my shoes were s not their responsibility I told him sir I left them at your hostel and I specifically asked you when I checked in if it was safe he continue saying rude names and stormed off and after was texting me on my WhatsApp threatening me! I went to the local police to report him but they still haven't gotten back to me! Please help me report this hostel stuff manager to all the app and website! Totally unacceptable
