The place is located in the middle of many restaurants and mini marts. It’s not a new hotel, however the location. And the attitude of staff makes up for the dated look.
Towels and linen need an overhaul, they’re very unappealing and discoloured. 
Indonesian breakfast is much better than the American/Western option. Loved the freshly squeezed fruit juices!
WiFi is definitely not the best.
The hotel is also not too far from the beach, approximately 10-15 minutes walk. 

If you value location, good service then this is the place for you. My children enjoyed the private pools especially at night.

The stay was absolutely amazing, the room was so cute with the pool which is so clean. Perfect for couple. 
And of course the staff is everything. From the front desk, room service boys and the housekeeper, they were the best of all. Friendly and fast response.

Paisa is nearly there. If they just paid attention to the smaller details it would be perfect. We had some issues with WiFi for one night, toilet blocked once and the pool appeared to have not been attended to for a while upon our check in. The issues were rectified quickly and were not a problem overall. The ally to the property could do with some extra lighting at night.   The location is great for amazing restaurants and massages. Down an ally far enough from the main street to keep the area quiet. We only had the included breakfast once as there are lots of great breakfast/brunch places within a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed that the plunge pool area is mostly covered and is a nice respite from the heat. Great value for money and we were happy to stay here. I would return depending on pricing.

At first glance, the room looks pretty nice with the private pool, everything is beautiful and recent, but we realize that it lacks a lot of maintenance and cleanliness is not at its best. We saw some bugs in the shower, but the room overall still smells good and bed sheets are clean. Also, there is no rooms service, so you need to keep the same towels and keep the room clean or you need to ask the staff. The hotel is located in a small alley (not easy to find), the beach in this area is not easily accessible, about 15min walk, but other than that, you are near good restaurants and clubs.  Breakfasts are ok but nothing more, and it is served in the room but they do not come to get the plates and food. The internet connection is not always good.  You can ask the staff for whatever you want, like free bottles of water. And i also recommend to ask the staff if you want to hire a private driver, for the whole day it costs 65$, and very good service.  So overall, I recommend the hotel for its price-value and do not have the high expectations as you can see on the pictures.

This accommodation put a big damper on our last few days in Bali. When we arrived we questioned the state of the pool and were told it was ok. It was milky and had toilet paper floating in it.. the bed sheets were disgusting and towels were stained. We dealt with this the first night and woke up looking forward to the complimentary breakfast we ordered at check-in. This was yet another disappointment with hot fruit, bacon that was nothing but fat and our pastries that were ordered from the menu were nowhere in sight, only 1 slice of bread uncooked as well as the kettle being unusable because of the buildup inside it. Beyond upset at this point, I requested a new room and we were relocated to a room that they hadn’t cleaned from the previous guests who had just left but we had transport picking us up in less than half an hour so we had no choice. I do hope they got our old room in order for the guests checking in that day! I am not one to leave a review when negative but this place has been the most disappointing in my years of traveling to this beautiful country.
