The Haere Seminyak - by Astadala

Unfortunately, my six-night stay at Haere Hotel Seminyak ended up being a mistake that negatively impacted my trip. Despite requesting a quiet room, I was constantly disturbed by noise from the street and neighboring rooms, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The shower water temperature was constantly fluctuating, the bathroom has no ventilation, the room remains dimly lit despite having all the lights on, there are mosquitoes everywhere, gaps in the roof and slow wifi. Additionally, I found the pool to be dangerous as it’s very deep (1.6m) with rough tiles around the edge. Two of us sustained injuries while in the pool, and we were surprised to find that the hotel did not have any bandages available. Before my stay at Haere Seminyak, I used to prioritize hotels located near shops and restaurants for convenience. However, my experience at the hotel has taught me the importance of prioritizing a hotel's reputation over its location. I have realized that sometimes, it is better to stay in a high-quality hotel and use taxis to get around, especially considering the affordable cost of transportation in Bali.

Amazing location, welcoming staff and comfortable rooms. Huge and clean rooms with comfortable pillows and bed. Pool was clean and big. Breakfast was good. Me and my friends had a really good stay and will definitely recommend this villa!

Beautiful villa, great service but location is not ideal as it’s next to the busiest road in Seminyak. A little bit of maintenance in the room and villa will be excellent. Would definitely recommend to others.

We stayed in the villa for 11 nights The location was excellent and a bit away from the hustle and bustle , however our villa was next to a laneway that was very noisy throughout the night so earplugs are a good idea , if you are a lite sleeper. The staff were excellent , very obliging and great to deal with. The pool was great , the villa itself is tired and needs some TLC, we did have an issue with a small amount of water coming through the light in the bathroom to which we showed them as soon as we noticed. Overall a pleasant stay , great location
