This evidence was also sent via email, but the email address provided was not reachable. In addition, we attempted to contact you via WhatsApp, but did not receive any response.When our team requested the payment on-site, the matter was handled without objection. However, we were later informed that you disputed the charge with your credit card provider, resulting in the compensation not being processed on the grounds that you did not acknowledge the charge.We always strive to handle every situation transparently and in accordance with our property’s policies. The charge applied was not arbitrary, but based on the actual condition found.We kindly ask that reviews be shared responsibly and reflect the facts accurately.
