The hotel is located in West Bali National Park, very quiet and full of wildness. The hotel is surrounded by woods, suitable for walking and mountain biking. It is very convenient to go to Menjangan Island for snorkeling. It only takes more than ten minutes to get from the hotel pier to Menjangan Island by speedboat. We booked this hotel for this purpose and went there twice. But the transportation is inconvenient, and you can't get a taxi. Basically, you can only eat in the hotel. If you want to go out, you can ask the hotel to help you arrange a car, but there is actually nothing to go out. There are some restaurants and convenience stores in the Pamderan area, which is closer but also almost half an hour's drive. I don't want to go there again after going there once. The hotel staff is very thoughtful and enthusiastic. If you like to rest quietly, this is a very good choice. There are many mosquitoes and the bathroom is open-air, and I was bitten all over my body.

I really love Plataran Menjangan. It's a fantastic place to enjoy nature as it is, and the staff were friendly and made me feel good. It's a place I want to visit again.

A great hotel with an invincible view, a huge infinity pool, a great diving and kayaking experience, and perfect service. I hope I can stay here for a few more days next time.

The private pool is small, the service is good, the snorkeling is good and fun.

You can really experience the best service. I don't go outside and through the Whats Up app You can eat with only your hands and go out Dine at a restaurant with a view

It is such a great experience in Plataran Menjangan. The staffs are amazing, room was huge, the food was lovely, and by the end of our stay they give us a souvenir as a token of appreciation. However, due to rainy weather we are unable to see the deer — they said it’s better to visit in May/June during the summer the forests will be dry and the deer will come for food. Our wooden toothbrush and comb in the room was moldy but since Bali is super humid, we’re ok on this. The road to the resort was extremely bumpy and rocky, so becareful if you use bike. I hope they can renovate it. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at Plataran very much.

It is located at the northwestern tip, so it takes quite a while to get there, but it is worth a visit. It is located in a national park, so the environment is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. Octagon was the only restaurant available, but all the menu items tasted great and the staff, including Yuda, were always friendly and the kids loved it. It is difficult to go outside the resort, but there are many activities to do inside, and I especially recommend 'Into the Blue', where you can go snorkeling while visiting Menjangan Island. They also take pictures and give you a wooden frame as a souvenir when you check out, and after you check out, they plant a mangrove tree in your name and send you the picture. This kind of thoughtful service makes me want to stay here again if I go to Bali.

This is a truely perfect place! I had a wonderful time staying here, and it is the best time in my recent years! Every little thing was absolutely gorgerous, you can see what you imagine as a nature-friend place. The view from the resort, sounds of wave dimly heard while in bed, the massage and good meals! Everything! Everything was really good. As I'm writing this down, I really want to be there once again. And thanks to every crew taking good care! Undoubtly you are the part of my memories, thanks!

The services are excellent. The nature are beautiful. The most tranquil resort i've ever been. Thank you for the new experience, to stay side by side with wildlife. You can enjoy the food while watching bali starling flying and deer eating the grass, we can also swimming with the ocean creature such as clown fish, seahorse, jellyfish, etc.

We had an amazing 4 nights here with my husband and 5 yr old even with a lot of rain! It’s a beautiful place and the rooms are stunning. Originally we booked the Ocean view but decided on splurging for the Mangrove Villa, 301 for the space and it was luxurious and perfect given many hours of heavy rain. View is amazing and it’s so comfortable. Snorkelling off the Jetty was fun and while the beach isn’t sandy there’s soft parts the our boy enjoyed. I thought the food was great, (kids fish and chips was so good and the local food really good- other western food perhaps not quite so good though). Decadent breakfasts, lovely complimentary afternoon tea as well. I did some of the other free activities, cooking class and offerings, and both were really good. The staff were all very helpful and we so enjoyed our stay. The snorkelling at the island was superb and the guide Numan, helped look after our son on the boat as he wasn’t snorkelling. The pool is one of the best I’ve experienced. Gorgeous play area for kids with a look out. It’s a splurge to stay at Plantaran, and it’s worth it. We also checked out the neighbouring resort which is more low key but I don’t think I could go back to the area and not stay at Plantaran.

The best views, the best service, and the most amazing room. The highlight of our holiday. It’s been a while since I was so at peace. The spa was fantastic- staff are so attentive. Everything about this chain of hotels was spectacular. Just watch your watermelon snacks or the monkeys will steal them.

Plataran indonesia was one of the best local chain from indonesia, their services was uncomparable. I’ve been stay in so many of their resorts for group, business or even with family. And all of them was perfect, their foods was so delicious, the staff so helpfull, always willing to help and they know how to make unforgettable memories. definitelly sure will be come back again soon!
