I really recommend this hotel ! A beautiful oasis, and yet so close to life in Amed. Absolutely beautiful food, so many exciting flavors and so beautifully made esthetically. Clean and tidy, very nice staff. Luxury to be there! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great staff, amazing food with lots of healthy options or rich decadant flavours - take your pick. This is a really photogenic place with great pool to hang out in. Staff were super helpful and served us dinner beneath the stars one night too. I also love the fully fitted yoga shala too! I'll be back again for sure.

So glad we didn’t visit when smoking was allowed in restaurant area. Any smoke around a resort is bad for non smokers- a good policy! We found all staff attentive and friendly for the three days. The place is well kept and ok a few broken tiles around the pool but its Bali and prices are reasonable. Only one other couple so we had a private pool. We stayed in villa 8 right on the beach which wad spacious and clean. Dare I complain about waves keeping us awake or cockerels that need strangled .. it adds to the resort Local fishermen leave you to it. Pick up from airport perfect. Food was reasonably priced and ok. All in all a good choice for us to bring our mature daughter to Bali for her first visit. So natural so local and relaxed. Thank you all

Life in Amed is the perfect resort to stay and relax in Amed. Quieter than other spots, you can truly relax and snorkel straight off the beach without the crowds. Gardens are beautiful, and service is the best I've had in Bali. The staff and owner are friendly and it shows they care. Highly recommended. .

Great place but not for the light sleeping as the roosters just next door (and on the premises) will start as early as 2am and sometimes not stop until 7 or 8am… The place itself is great, the service is good, pool is good, yoga classes are nice, food is great and staff is very kind and helpful, but we also chose the place for getting a good nights sleep. After travelling in Malaysia, Sumatra and Bali for a month with new sounds to get used to at night in every place, this place has so far topped the list of stubborn roosters filled with Duracell batteries (keeps going and going and going). The cottages are nice but also very warm - especially the beds upstairs are hard to keep below 30 degrees Celsius even with the AC on.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing. Breakfast was included in our rate . The food in the restaurant was very good Nothing was too much trouble A great location, clean and safe. We even got taken back to Seminyak by the hotel driver.

It doesn't take many words to describe this wonderful place: INCREDIBLY GREAT! A place to feel good, to unwind or to explore the area. No traffic jam, no artificial holiday atmosphere, just the way it is and therefore lovely and inviting. A unique little boutique resort with its beautiful cottages in the heart of a fishing village. Here, the world still seems to be in order. But best of all are the people who make this hotel special. Cordiality and friendly interaction from the very first minute. No matter if at the transfer, at the reception, in the restaurant, housekeeping, in the garden or for questions around leisure activities... the people working at Life in Amed Hotel are the best hosts you could wish for. I booked three nights and spent four nights here and wish I could stay longer. Unfortunately I can't this time but definitely I will be back. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Gorgeous boutique hotel. We stayed in the three bedroom villa. The location is perfect: directly on the beach where we could snorkelling directly in the sea very rich of beatiful coral and fish. The quite and easy to reach location is perfect for couple and families. The staff is excellent and is coordinated by Eca that is very professional. Very good the restaurant.

This small hotel is lovely. About 5 cottages around a lovely small pool. Flowers everywhere and the beach steps away. The traditional cottages themselves are great and for families have fun sleeping lofts. Food is good and the service is very friendly. Only note would be to make the snorkeling process clearer for guests. We ended up have to bargain for snorkeling equipment on the beach which led to bad, unsafe equipment and endless sales pitches for days.
